Your numbers are getting much better on the pressing and pulling...you are starting to blow me away, hahaha. Also I see you are putting lots of focus on form, good idea. I have been doing that also on DLs.

Right on the last rep of that last set I felt somethin tear in my lower back. It hurt but it wasn't bad, I've had worse. And after a night of sleep it's better. Should be fully healed in 4 days, and I might even be OK to go into the gym tomorrow for some stuff.

I just hope my ass cyst doesn't come back. Setting up an appt. with a surgeon soon to see what he says...either leave it alone and hope for the best, or have it cut out...sh1t.

Lifted yesterday, went well. At a new gym now...my work pays for a pass to a gym, so I'm leaving the one I've been at for years. Kinda makes me sad, but free is free, can't argue with that.

Nothing special, I was still sore from Tuesday's workout. But it's all good, I'm going to try to start making it a habit of doing 4 FBWs a week now. I've been reading Arnold's Education of a Bodybuilder, and reading about how that dude worked out is insane. 2 hours every morning and evening, everyday. Not that I aspire to be Arnold, just made me realize I can do more, no reason not to.

Will start working out tomorrow again. Im gonna be *****ed though, i was smoking a drinking constantly for a week, plus like 3 hours sleep a night. It was worth it though because i *****ing loved it!

I got with 3 lasses over the week, i was expecting more though :d suppose i aimed too high. It was full of p*ssy!!!!!!
