Like a f**king idiot, i ended up going out for a 'few' drinks last night, which turned to going out clubbing. Meaning i didn't go to this training. Will have to start next sunday now!

BUT, it WAS f**king worth it. Iv literally had the f**king time of my life lol. Right i was walking out of the club and dropped on these 2 lasses (35 and 36!!!) one was nice and the other was a bit fat lol, anyway i ended up going back with these 2 women and i got f**king abused! They were dirty as f**k! never done anything like it.

I cant f**king explain though :D I got a bit of video footage for the lads, so i got some proof. there were dildos out and everything, i cant even describe the detail on here! But i f**king loved it! Im telling you iv had a right cardio workout, just didnt stop at all. (Sore penis now like) :D

Well, finally got up over 200! Felt good, moved my legs in a little bit, might start doing that more. It was hard, might not have dropped nearly low enough, but I'm countin em all anyways.

Woot, I utilized Kraken's Method and was able to get out 7 on the first set. I was dead after that, but still got some more in.

So all was well, moving up the squat slowly but surely. I do these 5 x 5 squat days, I wonder if it would help increase my numbers if I did a 4 x 10 day or something? Regardless, new bests on squats and pullups.
 
About time we saw a 200lb+ Squat ;) good for you! All you can do now is keep going up! If your wanting to vary your squat sets/reps why dont you try the 20 rep squat :D

Have you spoken to your 'mates' since the incident?

And sh1t if your now repping out 7 pullups! Krakens method has to be the way forward!
 
Why stop at 50? Go for the 70 year old take her teeth out and get yourself a gummer hummer.

A friend of mine stopped at a Wawa (convenience store) one night to grab a sandwich or something. Some older crack head lady asks him for a ride down the street. He says ok and on the way she starts to blow him for payment. She took out her teeth, though I dont think she way nearly 70. :car:

Haha, I know it took me long enough, right? Yeah, we are on the same page...the 20 rep squat routine, I've done it before, I but I think I was just doing it for fun, wasn't even bulking. Is this program capible of creating some serious growth? More so than just 5 rep sets?

Nope, still haven't talked to em. Maybe I should be upfront, but I feel like they are the ones who should come to me, I'm not going outta my way. Plus Ironman comes out on DVD tonight, so I'm busy. :D

Yep, I think I'm naturally getting better, but his trick does help, no doubt.

I reckon that the 20 rep squat would be ideal for growth with its volume and heavy lifting!

Yeah, but it's not really heavy lifting at that point. I mean, if I'm gonna be doing 20 reps, obviously I won't be working anywhere near my max. In fact, I would think I would be dying at 155. I did that for 10 reps to end yesterday, and it was rough. But if I was fresh maybe it wouldn't be bad. As for volume, okay that would be covered like crazy.
