On the way home from school, I had a "jamaica shaka" - basically a smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, bananas and orange juice, plus I think whey powder or something. It was really good. Not sure on the calories, but I'm going to guess 200 since it was mostly fruit. Then when I got home... PIZZA >< Crap. I was so hungry, I had to have two slices, so probably 600 right there. So I'm at 800 for the day, and that is all I am going to have! No snacking!!
