Beagle's New Journal

Its the Boston Pizza in Sherwood Park. LOL I think I'm going to spend as much money on gas as I'm going to make :p
 
On the way home from school, I had a "jamaica shaka" - basically a smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, bananas and orange juice, plus I think whey powder or something. It was really good. Not sure on the calories, but I'm going to guess 200 since it was mostly fruit. Then when I got home... PIZZA >< Crap. I was so hungry, I had to have two slices, so probably 600 right there. So I'm at 800 for the day, and that is all I am going to have! No snacking!!
 

Have some fruit! You did great - that's an awesome spot! I used to live in Sherwood Park last year, why don't you take the bus, the main station is right across the street from BPs.. I still do homeschooling and my school is out there so when I go next week I'll check it out! I have to pass down wye rd. anyways! That jamaica shake sounds awesome... I have to come online right now because my boy's eating this amazing looking turkey and cheese sandwich... *drooling* - haha... this sucks. Thank god I'm alone all day tomorrow!
 
Well, I live on the west end, and I'll be going out on SUNDAY. I calculated out the bus time, and its almost three hours! Whereas I can scoot down the whitemud if someone drives me and then its only like half an hour driving time.

I like the fruit idea though, I think I saw some oranges in the fridge!
 

Ouch - I used to visit a friend who lived in the west end and it would take me over 2 hours for sure to get there.. soooo boring!
 
Good morning everyone! I am so amazed with myself actually getting up on time, lol. You'd think with only two classes a week starting before noon I could make it every day, but you'd think wrong ;)

Anyways, I'm off to a good start so far. Breakfast was an english muffin with honey (200), and an orange (60). I think I might get one of those jamaica shakes (200)again, that was really good! Dinner will be a chicken breast and caesar salad from the food court at work (400). So it looks like I have about 150-450 calories left in the day for snacks, lets see how few of them I can use :)
 

livejournal - did you have to pay to be able to do it all yourself? like the layout and that... hope you have a great day come talk to me when you're back on - i need a friend! So many cravings! :D
 
Nah, I didn't pay to get it like that, I just played around with the customization settings for like two hours one day when I was bored until I found something I liked :p
 
Heh, yeah, I'm morally opposed to paying for anything I can get just as good for free. Especially on the internet, because you can get almost EVERYTHING for free if you know where to look.

For example, there are a lot of weight loss support sites that want you to pay to access their community, but I joined this one instead that I've found to be a lot more helpful than anything anyone else has advertised! :D
 
hey Bailey.. looks like you are doing so well! I'm sorry I've slacked on your diary as of late, but congrats on the new window job!! :D That's awesome!! The fasting sounds great too. :) Keep it up girl!!

so my meal plan today got all changed. I remembered I had to meet a friend for lunch, so I skipped the smoothie, and got a turkey & swiss wrap (300?), and split the fries that came with it (150), so with breakfast I'm up to 700 for the day so far. Add in the 400 for dinner to 1100... better call it a day after that! I also really need to start chugging the water, all I've had to drink today was a glass of diet pepsi at the restraunt.

Schwaa! Exercise done, and I'm sweating like a pig! That's three this week, I'll try for two more! Oh, and after work I snacked on a few baby carrots with like dip, which I don't think was even 100 cals. *Maybe* 150.
 
awesome job on the workouts!! I haven't been to the gym at all this week:eek: but I've been jumping rope and stuff at home.. probably not as many cals as I could do at the gym, but at least I'm doin something.. anyways, hopefully next week I'll catch up to ya :)

Hey! Way to hit the gym! ... I have to really push myself to work out today... I feel so lazy after yesterday, but I ate baby carrots first thing when I woke up haha - food YUM! Anyways - Happy Friday!
 
Great job going to the gym Beagle -- gets kind of addictive doesn't it!? ;)

Once you get in the routine, you'll begin to feel like something's missing on those days that you don't go. Awesome work! :D
