This week has been just a BUST! At the beginning of the week I really thought that I was gonna do real good, eat better make better choices all that stuff. Turns out I really didn't make very good choices all week. I went to the gym only twice. And really I could have eaten much better. I REALLY need to get back on the wagon, this week I've been soo lazy, it's shocking! They've just opened a L.A. Weight Loss here in my city, and I'm looking into it, if anyone has ever used this program or know anything about it, please let me know! Ok, seriously now, this is my goals for the week and they HAVE to be met...
- 5 days or more at the gym
- NO fast food
That's only 2 fitness goals, I think it's atainable!
