I think I'll give this a try...

Aug. 01- 320.4
Aug. 08- 319.6
Aug. 15- TBD

I had a bad weekend (8/1 and 8/2) and had a bunch of high sodium foods, so I didn't see as much weight loss as I'd have liked, but that means I'm expecting to see a bigger drop this week as my body gets back to normal. I'm expectnig to be 310 or less by the 29th.

I'm down 1.2 pounds this week. :) not what I wanted, but at least it's something.

I'm shocked that I actually maintained. It's been a very fluctuating week. I'm happy I didn't gain and I hope to have a loss this next week. Great work on all the losses to everyone else this week.

Had a great week this week. Hit all my workouts, and only had cravings for 1 cheat this week (popcorn and snowcaps last weekend at the movies). Hope everyone else had a great week as well :)
 
Im late but still joining

Hey Im late to this challenge but I still want to join. It is Aug 17. I wiegh 216 want to lose 10 lbs. by the end of the month.

Just so you know, at your current weight, you should only expect to lose 4-5 pounds max by the end of the month. Anything more than that will be water or muscle - stuff you don't want to lose.

Dangit, I've weighed the last 2 dates and forgotten to post my weight:

There ya go. As of today I'm 170.6, and holding steady. Sunday is my free day, so I suspect Monday I'll go up a few, but I'm fully planning to kick the 160s in the ass in September. :)

meh... was down to 312 by last wednesday, then ate some nice and salty lunch meat sandwich wraps for a work meeting which caused me to retain a bunch of water. Never really flushed it out by the weekend, and then last night by wife and I decided to have pizza for the first time in a month or so, which I'm guessing isn't going to help :p. In the long run, I'm not at all bothered because I know eventually my body will flush out the water its currently hoarding, I just don't think its gonna happen much by next weekend for the end of the challenge. I suppose I'll be happy if I'm back down to 313, but I really wanted to be under 310 by the end of the challenge. Oh well, there is always september :)
