I have a good feeling about this month!!! We're gonna have lots of big losers!!
 
Went to the gym today for the first time after a long long time... Biked 20 min, brisk walked on treadmill 20 min. Then got out and walked about 22 block. My feet are killing me..... Hope I stay on track like that everyday.....

my goal to lose about 4 lbs this month. Not that much, but just enough to get me into the standard height & weight percentile. X__X"" I seriously need to be in shape for prom night the end of this year! \o/

Hope to get to 170 - 12% BF(4.7 percent loss) by the end of the month, highly doubtful.

I did get myself weighed on the first, but was crazy busy preparing everything for my husband's business trip. My goal is to lose at least 12 lbs this month. Good luck to everyone!

8-10lbs would be great for this month. So 2-2.5lbs a week
