Ok people, i know its a few days before it starts, but while i have chance im starting the threads. If you want to talk please post on the main thread, for my sake please If you'd copy and paste this :

Hello, everyone. I just got back from visiting my parents. Where do I read obout challange and is it to late for me to join? I really could use some motivation after all this holidays.:)

I have never done this and might be setting low but I want to ease into this:) Not burning myself out is the main focus for me:D yay team 3!!!!

Hi Team 3!!! Happy New Year! Lets kick some butt!!

Monday 1st January= 66.2kgs - 145.6lbs
Monday 8th January= 65kgs/143lbs
Monday 15th January= 64kgs/143lbs
Monday 22nd January= 63.6kgs

Target Weight for the 8th= 65 - 143lbs (1.2kg/2.5lbs loss) GOAL ACHIEVED!

Don't worry, I can't pronounce it or spell it, I'm just going with Team 3. *grin* We are trying to beat the other three teams in percentage of weight lost. This particular challenge is just for the month of January.

Anyway, how is everyone doing? Drinking water? Eating right? Working out? Amyrb, Coco, Mishi, where are you guys? I need as much support as I get get. *laugh*
 
Hey Kosher- it's until Febuary 1.

Everyone else: This what I am doing. I am eating less, drinking water, and exercising. My calorie goal is to eat less then 1500 cal/day, exercise at least 30minutes/ 5 days a week, and to drink at least 24 oz of water a day ( I know that is less then 8 glasses a day but still improving.. lol)

Where are our teamates, hope they stay with us!! If not, we are still going to be great!!
 
I'm exercising at least 30 minutes everyday (new year's resolution....) and eatting right and drinking plenty of water! :) We can do this!!! GO TEAM 3! :D (I can't pronounce the name of the team either....!)
 
mishi, I don't think you're setting low at all! Actually, I think my 10 lbs might even be a bit high, but it's a challenge right! ;)
 
Lets go team 3!!! I am following the points system through weight watchers, I am allowed 24 points per day, trying to increase my water intake to at least 8 glasses a day, and hoping to get some excercise in, my with 2 babies and a part time job is is difficult, I am just trying to move more with my kids - my house has never been so clean!! hee hee! We can do this!:p
 
We're here blackwdw!! lol I have lost two lbs so far this week:D I am just counting calories and working on getting back into a gym routine. Honestly haven't done all that well with the exercise but I am back on track calorie wise and already have shed 2 lbs! This is all holiday weight of course. I was 193 right before x-mas and went up to 197-198. Yikes!!! so I am back on track. I start back to work tommorow which will be a better time to work gym into my schedule. I was so unmotivated until yesterday so I am glad I have it back!!! wooohooooo!
