Ah no problem. We're a really good team normally (we won the league last year) and the middle of this season has just fallen apart. My average is so high I don't offer much handicap and I can't hit much further above my average. LOL! Ah well!

Thanks! I did a lot better than I even realized that I was. :) Hopefully today will be good as well! I forgot my morning snack. :( I guess I'll drink water and chew gum. LOL! My weigh in is tomorrow! Hope it goes well! :) We'll see...

Ok well just a quick note. I ran again today on my lunch break!!! :) I am soooo proud of myself! 4 days in a row! So basically on Monday, Wednesday, Friday I bike, run, and lift. On Tuesday, Thursday (if i have time) I run on the elliptical for 20-25 min.
I had a little more time today so I ran for 25.

After I was done I went to my parents' house to say hi and grab some food. lol I just came back to work and the boss gave me a cookie. Oh no! I kind of felt bad if i was going to decline, he was saying how good they were and his daughter and grandson made them. So I took one. I took 2 bites of it and then wrapped it up in my napkin and put it in my purse. HAHAHA It was really good but I didn't want to scarf it down. I'll have it later if I feel the urge for sweets. I was proud of myself for not just shoving the entire thing in my mouth and eating it all in one-two bites. (I definitely would have before cuz it was a small cookie lol) So, so far, today is a great day! ;)
 
It is wonderful to acknowledge the changes we've made. Changes like the way you dealt with the cookie. Good for you!

Weigh In Day Friday Feb 4, 2005

Well today was weigh in day. So of course I did my routine and weighed in this morning.

I'm down to 187.2lbs So I lost another 1.4lbs. I wish it would have been more, I worked my butt off this week. I'll take it though! :) It puts me that much closer to my goal :) Go me, I'm doing it! hehe ;)

Oh yeah and I almost forgot. One pair of pants that I bought that fit me about a month and a half ago, I put them on today and they keep falling down lol! I had also bought a pair that were a size smaller but were tighter. They fit perfect now and soon I'll be too small for them! I need a belt! lol I don't have any though because I could never find the "fat belts" as I called them. LOL! Watch out people here I come! :p

Hey you're doing a great job! I know how you feel about declining food from your boss-it feels weird. The other day my boss ordered pizza for everyone and she ordered a whole cheese pizza just for me because I'm a vegetarian and all of the other pizzas had meat. I felt bad and I ate some, but then I regretted it because it wasn't even good. And then a few days ago she brought in bagels and cream cheese for our meeting, and I really wanted one and I was going to have half a pumpernickel or wheat, but luckily there was only one pumpernickel and someone else got it before me, so I declined altogether because I knew if I had one made with white flour I'd beat myself up later. So no bagel for me! Taking one cookie was a good move though, especially if you stretched it out for the whole day. And hey, we all need a cookie now and then!

Funky - My boss isn't the one that normally even eats in the office so for him to offer a cookie it was like, how do you decline? lol!

Well let's see. I'm saving up calories for this evening. My boyfriend and I are taking my nieces to the arcade place. So of course, pizza is for dinner tonight. Man their pizza is so good! Their slices are tiny though. I'll have 2 or 3 slices, depending on my hunger at the moment. So, the day shouldn't end up too bad in the end. :)
 
excellent job....pretty soon you will have your pick over the "skinny belts" and looks like you might need a few!!!!!!!!

Ok here's the deal lol I'm feeling a little down in the dumps today, almost stuck...but I know why.

Yesterday was the Super Bowl and I allowed myself a free day. Boy I sure didn't enjoy that food as much as I used to. (and "Used To" was only about a month and a half ago) I don't know though, I'm a picky eater too. The pizza was soooo good. Everything else just wasn't the same. I'm glad I allowed myself that day but I now know what I'm NOT eating if I have another day like that LOL!

So anyway...there really isn't much of a point to this post except for me to vent. OH YEAH! Yesterday Greg was being extremely sweet. Now don't get me wrong, he's a sweet guy but I'm talking sweet like I wish he would be at times. LOL! He's like kissing me on the cheek as we watch the game and then we went back to my apartment and played football on PS2 lol. He's like "baby, you're so beautiful" hehe just caught me off guard. He's like "you're doing so good, I'm so proud of you." :)

Oh yeah, yesterday my niece was talking to him and she was like, "My grandma (not my mom) says that you and Amanda are going to get married!" He says,"Yep!"
Sarah says, " REALLY?!?!" LOL! Greg says, "Well not yet silly! But eventually!"
It was just really funny. The kids adore him...and I do too! :)

Hmmm I'm feeling better already. Hehe
