Not much to say but I'm going to put my meal:

Breakfast
Toaster Scramble 180

Lunch
Ultra Lean Pocket (surprisingly good) 210

Ok well dinner wasn't good. I had no time to make anything or eat before I left so I ended up eating at the bowling alley. :eek: I must say, I'm not feeling so bad about it though. I've done good all week and I think I deserved it. Besides, I really didn't eat that much and i'm sure i stayed at my 1200 calories. The point is it was just more unhealthy than I planned.

Dinner
4 small chicken wings 400 appx
Chips and Cheese (less than 410 I'm sure but I don't know how much)

Daily Total: Not sure but probably around <=1200

Oh yeah. I went to the vending machine because I wanted a Caramello. Haven't had one in sooooo long. Plus that lovely time of month gave me the chocolate craving. lol! ANYWAY! I got to the machine and they didn't have any. I was proud though I turned around and went and bowled more...before all this I would've just gotten something else instead. :)

I bet I ate a week's worth of calories. :( Oops! Well I'm not going to bother bringing up everything that I ate. That will just make me upset. We'll just say that I had a HUGE slipup and leave it at that.

I was doing good but then we went out to dinner that night and well yeah that was bad. So anyway! That's ok I'm going to watch what I eat this week and work out extra hard. Except for Sunday...it's Super Bowl Sunday. I'm allowing myself a free day then (i'll still work out but get to eat what i want).

Amanda I got the calorie book I told you about I wont have time to get it mailed today but I'll do it tomorrow. Keep smiling, you're beautiful!!

Thank you so much ladies! You keep my spirits up and keep me on track. I appreciate it so much! I was having a rough morning yesterday and all of your posts helped me to bounce back. :)

I went to the gym after work too! :) YAYYY for me lol! Rode the bike for 5 minutes, just to get my legs loose. I ran on the elliptical for 30 minutes (I can't believe that...I would've passed out before!) Then I did some weights. I was feeling great! :) :p
 
Ok well here's the thing. I hadn't been exercising as much as I should so I'm changing that now. I am feeling GRRRRRRRREAT (in the famous words of Tony the Tiger)!!!! I just got back from lunch and I have so much energy. LOL! Now theproblem is...I work a desk job so i have to sit here and let it go to waste. LOL! I was just thinking...I can remember when I started I would be so tired by this time I would just want to go to bed. What an improvement!

ANYWAY! I worked out last night. Today I knew I wouldn't make it to the gym after work so guess what...that's right I went on my lunch break. I thought I'd be bummed but I am feeling so happy about it now. Of course I have to eat too so I went to the gym, ran on the elliptical for 20 minutes, then stopped by my parents' house and came back to work, grabbing a sandwich and bag of popcorn. So I ate my sandwich and am going to have my popcorn in a little while.

I'm rambling I know but I can't help it. Hm 20 minutes, wish I had time for 30 but there's no way! I've read multiple posts that you should exercise more than 20 minutes for the effect but I say, 20 minutes is better than nothing. Especially from someone who doesn't like to run. lol! Ok I better shut up now or i'll never stop. LOL! :) Hope everyone else on here is having as great of a day as I am!!!
 
Hey, going to a workout on your lunch break is TERRIFIC!! It feels good to do something healthy for ourselves. Now, being the considerate friend I am, I looked up a website for you, I hope it helps :)

Let me first start off by saying oh my I exercised 3 days in a row!!! I didn't get to exercise a lot though because I was short on time and they were really busy. I lifted weights and rode the bike. I only ran for about 5 minutes. (I'm looking forward to running more today at lunch!!!) Then straight after my work out I went grocery shopping, dropped the food off and went straight to bowling. I definitely think I had my exercise yesterday in a round-about way. :p

I know the chicken patty and bun was kind of late but I was hungry. I tried water but it just wasn't going to work. I had room and actually shouldn't have went without it anyway, I would've only been at 970 cals. So all in all, a pretty good day. Bowling was stressful though. I enjoyed it but oy not a good day for our team! :eek:
