Like you said, even if I don't lose weight, I've been doing well. Haha Jennifer, yes feeling good and loving myself...I'm going down that road. I must say, I was always happy and confident in myself before, but now it just feels justified and so easy to just walk around carefree. I know it will just keep getting better. Oh yes and the cute outfit is definitely a plus.
Well I kind of had fast food for dinner tonight. Not a great idea but boy was it delicious! And I still managed to stay at my calorie goal!!!

I can't believe I stayed under 1200 after eating that dinner. I was so proud of myself. Whenever we eat Chick Fil A, we go to the cookie place after and each get a cookie. I got a cookie last night and got back to his place and decided to save it for tomorrow. I was afraid it would put me over my limit and I didn't want that. YAY! I was really tempted to eat it but I sat it on the table and went and watched a movie with him. Typically I would have snacked through the entire movie but I didn't. I said "hey, don't let me eat anything unless it's my 100 Cal pack." He said ok and I didn't even ask for that!!! What a great day! I had some delicious food and still felt good after eating it!
Well, I did the weigh in. I lost 2 more lbs! It may be small but it's plenty enough to make me feel great! I'm down to 187 now. Still nowhere near my goal but a total loss of 17lbs.
Well, I was at my parents house for lunch (as usual) and we were just talking. My mom had started dieting a while ago and my dad made an agreement with her that if she got down to a certain amount, he would quit smoking. So I asked him if he would do the same for me. He said yes...until my mom told him how much I had lost already LOL! I'm thinking if I get down to what I'd really like...maybe he will then. He said if I lose 50lbs, I get $50 from him, and an additional dollar for each additional pound. It may not be a lot of money but it's more than I started with, and not to mention a great motivator!
If I bowl a 275 he'll give me $100, and a 300 (perfect game) he'll give me $300. Haha yeah right! But my highest game as of right now is 256. I'll get there some day, just like with my weight. Then..he better watch out. What a great week! I'm feeling PUMPED!
Amanda you must be so proud!!! Down 17lbs how exciting!! Keep up the excellent work and you'll be seeing that extra money in no time. I can't stop smilig for you.
Ok well since I don't really have time to get on in the weekends, it's time to play catch up. Oh yay. Oh well it takes up my time here at work and it motivates me. Well here is what I ate on Friday.

We went to a place called Major Magics (pizza and games). I was so proud that I only ate 2 slices. UNTIL LATER! After we left there, we went bowling. I think we bowled about 4 games. Well after we were both hungry again. I'm not talking bored, or requiring water...lol I'm talking hungry. So we went to the Waffle House. I had never been there and he loves it, I didn't want to go but finally agreed. So i don't know if you'd call this dinner or what but here it is.

Reflecting on how much I ate that day...there's no wonder that I was hungry. I had no snacks and 620 calories wasn't going to cut it. I suppose I didn't do bad as far as calories go after all. I just ate too late. But it's ok. I'm still super proud of myself.
HA! Neither did I! That was with my height, weight and all that good stuff input. I bowled for 3 hours straight so. It was fun, but tiring. I don't get to work out on Wednesdays because I bowl but hey I'll just burn the calories that way then.
Ok here is my last day of playing catch up. Let's see... today(sunday) was a strange day. Not very good at all (in any form). Greg and I were fussing. I went for a drive and I went to go work out. The gym was closed. Major bummer for me. I drove around for a while and then met him at a new bar & grill in town.
He ordered potato wedges with cheese bacon and sour cream. Oh man I love those! I managed to stay away and only eat a couple. I ordered a club sandwich. Toast, turkey, ham, cheese, bacon, and mayo. I ate it for dinner as well. I still have part left over. YAY! I don't know how many calories anything is but I'm guessing I stayed around my limit. For the entire sandwich it was probably around 1000 calories. Since I didn't eat it all and I had some potatoes. I don't know where they range in calories. It wasn't so bad since I stuck to eating just that all day.
Well let's see. Today is going to be great! Why? Just because I said it will haha Well, Austin (my nephew) has strep throat and scarlet fever. Ick Poor kid. I won't be seeing him for a while. Hmm well I just got back from lunch and thought I'd post what I had here.
