Thanks both of you! My body fat percent has dropped almost one WHOLE percent in a day and I lost one pound yesterday! I'm so excited! I've been trying to keep myself between 15 and 18 points, 20 points max during the day and just eating superly low point foods a lot, like celery and beans. I'm excited to lose! Wahoo!
 
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally! Oh my goodness I've made it! I'm so motivated and excited! I'm FINALLY into the 150s and now only am I in the 150s...I'm at 158lbs baby!!!

Mood: EXCITED!!!
Food Craving: Nothing really, I'm satisfied.
Drink Craving: Just water
Last Food Eaten: A cookie! Hehe
Goal Seems Reasonable: Yes, but I may have to change them to be more realistic now.

Weight: 157.5lbs
Hours Spent Workout Today: 30 minutes speedwalking, 15 minutes on stationary bike.

Thanks so much elizab3th! I'm just worried I won't be able to keep it off or lose more. I'm going to start a running program tonight (if I have time), so hopefully that'll help burn some extra calories! Wish me luck!
 
no cheating then! Haha.. I know it's bad but give yourself a couple days before you let loose so that yoou don't bounce around.. and it's hard too keep weight off - almost as hard as losing it.. and DONT WORRY! when you stress yourself out like that your body holds on to the fat also.. stay positive girl! You're moving forward! :) You can do it .. and now shoot for one more pound. Instead of thinking 'oh noo it wont last' think 'i'm gonna make it and i'm gonna make me lose more!' .. hee hee.. you're fabulous darling - you'll be fine.

I know, I'm trying not to cheat. I'm going for a run in a few minutes and I'm probably not going to eat for the rest of the night. (I ate bad at lunch, so I've used up a lot of my points on that) Thanks so much for your help! Wish me luck! If anybody wants to try this beginner's running program with me, let me know and I can send you the chart! It's super easy.
 
156.5...one fifety six point five...what...me...who...are you CRAZY Mr. Scale-man? Haha! How on earth could I be so low! Wow I'm so excited I don't even know what to say! I haven't been this low in so long, I feel so happy! My goal is to get down to 155lbs by the end of this week and FINALLY I'm losing weight! I can do it. Plus I'm doing the World Vision 30 hour famine on friday-saturday, so I can weight myself before I eat there. It'll be the most accurate, no food or water weight to hold me back cuz I'll be drinking SO much water when I'm doing it and peeing SO much! Hehe! Are you guys happy for me? I'm SUPER excited! AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last Food Eaten: Nothing since yesterday around 8pm-ish
