Hey me too! Did you happen to see mine in those pics I just recently posted in my Isagenix Journal? Don't be embarrassed of those "bad boys"!

Hey Girl I Started Weight Watchers So Maybe We Can Help Each Other I Have Started A Weight Watcher Thread Also!

That's awesome Ali - I do Yoga at home actually, I used to be in the pre-natal classes but now that I'm kind of on my own for transportation I bought a tape and a mat from Wal-Mart and it's kinda fun to jsut do alone - then you don't have to worry about what people are thinking when you've got your butt up in the air haha ... in some weird position - lol. Hope you had a good day today - keep your head up girl!

Holy moly, I've only been gone for a few days and already I have a lot of post catching up to do! Hey paulab_5, thanks for the support. It's so nice to know that people actually care. :) I still can't get away from the scale, but it's been treating me nicer now. It's such a good motivation for me.

Hey jelly belly88! Thanks for the posts. You're too kind! I've dropped down to about 158 today but I also probably have water weight...:S Well, I know I'm carrying some water weight. Hopefully it'll be better soon though. It's so hard to weigh yourself during this time. I'm trying to think positive and you guys help me do that. It's good that other people have my same leg muscle thing. Hehe! Thank you again for your help!

Hello redneckwoman66. I've been doing weight watchers at home for the past week or so now. I was on weight watchers for about a year a few years ago and got down to about 140lbs...but then I gave up and had a rough year with school and stress and gained it all back! We can help eachother out now. Good luck!

Hi elizab3th! I just bought a yoga video from Zellers and I'll try it out in my room as soon as I get a chance. Thanks for the help! You're so nice! :)

Okay...now to talk about myself a lil bit. I just lost a bunch of water weight or actual weight...I'm not sure. Plus I got a new (quieter) exercise bike! I'm so excited to use it, especially because I got it for FREE! Yay! Anyway, I'm super motivated, using Weight Watchers at home to help and I'm ready to lose a few!

Mood: Very happy and excited to lose weight!
Food Craving: Breakfast foods!
Drink Craving: Fruit smoothie
Last Food Eaten: Nothing today...it's too early in the morning and I'm not hungry.
Goal Seems Reasonable: Definately reasonable now...but the other goals more farther away seem hard to reach in such a short amount of time. I may have to extend them a little bit...but that's fine! I'm cool with that!

Weight: 158.5lbs, YAY! I'm over the plateau and losing again!
Hours Spent Workout Today: Nothing yet. I just woke up!! Hehe!

Woooohoooooooo I Am Glad We Can Help Each Other I Was Worried I Was On My Own Lol! Just Kidding Your Never Alone Here! We Can Do This!

Yay! I'm excited! What's your point range that you're eating right now. For the past week I've been trying to stay in the 24-20 point range. I think that's a healthy amount for me without eating too much or too less. 18 points is just not enough for me! What is your low-point food of choice? I love munching on veggies when I feel really hungry. They have no points, so it's nice. I also love cooked green and yellow beans with a tiny bit of salt (because butter has points). Here's a tip that I just learned from a weight watchers magazine, hopefully it helps some people! If you're hanging out with friends or at a party...don't eat the chips! Pretzels are a bit better than chips but what's even better than both is popcorn! Home popped popcorn is the best, but microwave popcorn is still good. Make yourself a certain size bowl of it and eat the entire bowl! It'll make you think that you're eating a large amount of something but popcorn takes up a lot of space, so you aren't eating that much. Plus it has a very low point count and it takes delicious! That's what I do! Hope it helps! :)

Wow Thanks For The Tip My Points Right Now Are 28 A Day And My 10 Percent Is 23 Pounds! I Am So Excited I Love The Veggies Also Cause Of 0 Points But You Still Have To Be Careful Not To Eat Too Much Hehehe We Will Do So Good And You Are Doing Good On Your Points Remeber We Have The Extra 35 For The Week Anyways So You Can Just Be Using Them That Way!

Hey that's an awesome tip - thanks! I'll put that into use when I go out next time! I'm glad you're finally over your plateau! I hope you got your exercises in today!

Thanks guys and your welcome for the tip. I haven't gotten in as much exercise as I wanted today. I did about 15 minutes on the bike, but I feel sick today. I'm coming down with a bad cold so exercising makes my head throb and makes me dizzy. I'll work extra hard when I do get better though.

Hey Ali,
Good job on your eating habbits. And I hope you feel better. Take your time and rest. Hope your having a good weekend

Mood: Uneasy and undecided
Food Craving: Not sure I'm craving food.
Drink Craving: Tall glass of ice water
Last Food Eaten: Cream cheese danish...which I really regret eating now.
Goal Seems Reasonable: Not sure. I'm feeling slightly uneasy because of this water weight. Hopefully it goes away good.

Weight: 160lbs lovely water weight.
Hours Spent Workout Today: Going to use the bike right now.

I never realized how much fun an exercise bike can be! I just got a new one and it calculates calories burned, time, distance, pulse...everything! I ended up biking for over 10km last night on it just watching TV. I'm going to start biking instead of sitting and watching TV. It makes me break into a pretty good sweat because I had it on high resistance. What fun! I loved the feeling of my legs when I was done. They felt like poles that couldnt bend. Don't ask why I liked that feeling! I'm happy now. I'll just bike around 10km or more every day until I can get outside and the snow goes away. Is an exercise bike a good cardio workout as well as muscular endurance? I hope so because I need more cardio.

Mood: Just fine today
Food Craving: Nothing, I just ate
Drink Craving: Lemonade!
Last Food Eaten: Those weird all bran things that look like small sticks.
Goal Seems Reasonable: Pretty reasonable now

Weight:
159lbs yay the water weight's dropping!
Hours Spent Workout Today: None yet, but I biked for about 10km last night.

YAY!!!!!!!!! For Ali!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SOunds like your feeling better after you did your workout. Keep it up.. Only 3 more pounds. You could soooooo do it.

3lbs in 2 days. AHH! Plus I'll probably still have some extra water weight on by then. I probably won't be able to tell how much I really weight for a few more days. Hopefully I can do it! Yay!

I'm really scared. With my goal only two days away, I'm afraid I won't be able to meet it. I still have approximately 3.5lbs to lose, but I can't tell if I've met my goal or not because for some reason my weight has been fluctuating like mad! Hopefully it'll settle down and I can tell if I've met my goal. AAAHHHH!!!!! This goal is impossible! I'm freaking out! I give up...

Mood: One word...AHH!
Food Craving: Nothing, I'm afraid to eat anything right now.
Drink Craving: Nothing, no more water! I hate water weight!
Last Food Eaten: Raisin bread...regrettably. :(
Goal Seems Reasonable: No, how can I lose 3lbs in 2 days when my water weight is fluctuating like crazy?

Weight: 158.5lbs
Hours Spent Workout Today: I biked for approximately 7 kilometers.

Calves:
15.5 inches
Thighs: 25.5 inches
Butt: 40.25 inches
Stomach: 36.25 inches
Ribs: 30.5 inches
Bust: 37.50 inches
Total Inches Lost/Gained: 1 inch lost since last week.

Well, I actually record my weight every Wednesday morning, but I've gotten in the habit at checking my weight about every two days. :S I know it's a horrible habit but I can't help it! Hehe!

Congraulations on breaking 160 again. Water weight is a pain. WhenI was on her in Jan/Feb, my weight w all over the place. I'd gain lose and regain 4lbs in the same week. Stay motivated!
