How did everyone do for fitting in extra exercise??
So far in the 6 weeks til Christmas Challenge, we have taken in more water instead of soda and found a way to fit exercise into every day activities. Hopefully these challenges are helping you form healthy habits.
Week 3 Mini Challenge!
In the US, yesterday was Thanksgiving. So this week I made a challenge to help all of us burn off some extra calories we might have eaten yesterday.
This week I challenge all of you to find 30 minutes-6 days a week to fit in some sort of cardio exercise. It can be
anything. Swimming, brisk walking, jogging/running, aerobics, a work out video, Tae Bo, Boxing, Cycling, Dancing, anything you want.
If you want to make this challenge more interesting... try a different form of cardio each of the 6 days. But you don't have to if a routine works best for you.
