This weekend I had a bit of problem with it as I do most weekends.. Being busy around the house I just forget to drink enough water. At work I'm always pounding the water back to help with my irrational desire to munch while I work. I always try to drink 2L of water daily... Usually I only make it to 1 or 1.5.
BOO YA!!! I'm down 9 pds so far this month!!!!
My water intake is usually really good.. When I started out soda was the first thing I cut out. Now I only drink soda maybe once or twice a month if that. If I drink anything other than water it is typically (a single metric cup) of coffee in the morning.. and iced greentea in the afternoons--but even that I've cut waaay back on.

I've lost 1lb already 9 more to go and I'll have made my goal within this challenge!
Wow Korrie, congrats!! That's freaking amazing
Hey so quick question, I eat roughly the same amount of calories everyday, even on the days I work out, is that okay or should I increase them a bit?
I just started working out though so I don't do that much anyway
Anyway, hope everyone's doing greattt!! Keep up the good work
That pizza sounds really yummy. Thanks for posting it. I like having low fat snack options. I kind of do the same thing only I use an english muffin. I also use real cheese. I just can't eat the fat free stuff. Cheese is my one indulgence. I don't eat a lot of it because of the fat. I eat mostly fat free stuff.
I made chicken salad tonight with boneless skinless chicken breasts. I used fat free Miracle Whip with onions and pickles. It ended up being only 158 calories and 1.3 grams of fat. That didn't include the bread. It didn't taste that much different from the full fat version I used to make. It rocked! There are also leftovers for our lunches. Yay.
I am ready to see what the scale has to say tomorrow.
