Hey Im in! Good motivation for me because my first long goal has always been set to be done by xmas. My goal is 10 more lbs by xmas.

Start Weight November 13th: 195.8lbs
November 20th: 194.0lbs
November 27th: 192.0lbs
December 4th: 192.0lbs still!! Had a party over here last week screwed me up but im back in it now.
December 11th: 191.0lbs So this week somehow pulled my back out and got a cold! So no Working out but I managed to lose a lb. And I am going to start working out again tomorrow. Im shooting for 187 by xmas now.

I'll usually update mini-challenges on Thursdays or earlier, but since the challenge started just today, I wanted to give everyone a chance to join.

This week's mini challenge is to replace the soda with WATER. Water is key to good health. Drink 6-8 cups of water a day. A lot of you are new here,so it seemed to be a good one to start with.
