Hey everyone, how's it going?
I've been doing okay, I’ve started working out again and I've been able to keep my calories under control for the past few days.
I'm writing down everything I eat and my biggest problem right now are snacks, I'm just really addicted to cereal bars and crap like that, they never make me go over my cals but it's a lot of sugar and carbs so it’s a habit I’m trying to get rid of.
Today started out okay, but I had sushi for lunch, my aunt bought some sushi for me and my sis and I'm having trouble figuring out the cals. I'm guessing it's around 550/600, it was one roll (8 pieces) wrapped in avocado, with shrimp and cream cheese (plus the usual rice and seaweed).
It wasn't the healthiest lunch but oh well it's better than the big bowl of pasta with creamy Alfredo sauce I used to have on Sundays
and my calories are still under control so yay.
