Well I have kicked this funk I fell into and my weight is still fluctuating, so hopefully I will start to a consistent loss!! Off to do some cardio and strength training this morning. Wish me luck!!
 
Woohooo another 2lbs lost so far this week...it is great to see the weight coming off consistently for now...all the hard work is paying off!

It is interesting ya know.Ive hardly exercised these last few weeks due to being sick.I weighted in teh same which is nice cuz on top of not exercising and being sick Ive been indulging a bit more than normal...and my weight is always the same consistant weight, lol...Time to throw some more exercise in there and get it to move down, lol.

Id wish ya luck but you dont need need it:D!!!

 
Well Id dint want to but I made myself go to my walking clinc.I was super exhausted this afternoon/evening but i figured if I didnt go Iwould be sitting on the couch in front of the tv cursing myself for not exercising:)It was a 70 min walk, lol, it was nice, I still have my crappy shin splints, im gonna buy new shoes tomorrow and see if that helps.Ive never been exercising at this intensity, well, i mean the sun run clinics ruin me at 3 hrs plus a week, i guess 3 hrs and 30 mins adn that is on top of my usual exercise, which hasnt been happening lately but were.So maybe my poor shoes need to be replaced.im actually gonna go and get fitted...and if that doesnt help then off to teh doc I go.My 10 k sun run is in 4 weeks, I gotta get my leg problems sorted out/.

I am trying to get my info updated in the log sheet. I put in 60 hours last week at work and have been sick about 3 days this week, so behind on everything.......but didn't want anyone to think I quit.

Everyone has been working so hard when I look at all those number/minutes. Awesome. Good luck Everyone.

No big plans here, just grocery shopping and cooking (healthy of course).

Hoping to run in the park tomorrow as it supposed to be nice.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! I havent been doing too much except house work, gardening, just pottering around in general! But my eating has been good!
 
finally managed to get in the 4hours of exercise....had some time constraints this week, work is really busy, but at least I got there in the end.

I havent been taking care of myself and I am sick agian...

Anyway Im gonna try my hardest to pull my sh!t together and have two flawless weeks.

hey guys been a little MIA... still recording my efforts but have been quite withdrawn from the forum... as weel as from other things in life.. my daughter goes back to school tomorrow so maybe a return to my old routines will be what i need to get out of this funk... i just still keep on plugging on one day at a time :)
 
Happy 5th week for everyone!!

Lost 2.4 lbs last week, now that is something I like to see!!

Still going strong over here, hope everyone will have a successful week!!

By the way, I was going to check the spreadsheet and I didn't see week 5 yet.

Wow.. glad to see every one doing great.
I haven't done much about my weight loss. Gained 2.2 lbs in these 2 weeks.:eek:
Is it possible to unsubscribe here? Because I gonna be less (already am) on internet and more working out and busying other stuff, so can't write my daily food and so on on the challenge.
I will be continuing my diary weight loss and update every week though... so if you still like to know what I am up to.. you guys know where to find me.. ^.~

Alright, alriiiight.

So week 5 it is!!! I'll be satisified if my weight loss stays consistent through to the end of this challenge. :D

My goal for week 5's challenge: NO ALCOHOL!
 
For me week 5 will be bad for points in the challenge, i am in the leadup week to the state titles on the weekend so no working out this week, limited food and deliberate dehydration and sauna time on friday and friday evening prior to weigh in on early sat morning followed by a calorie packed high protein brekky and re hydration before lifting 2 hours later. After competition saturday will be a big meal of JUNK blowing the week 5 challenge out of the water :)

hmmm does a full day of competitive lifting count as my exercise time lol
 
Going well so far this week, almost three hours of exercise down already! I seem to have lost my points from last week, they do not seem to have been carried over to this week? Anyone else noticed this?
 
Well gals, ive given this alot of thought and I am done, LOL...I am backin down for the last two weeks.Ive lost my focus...Ive just had so much going on that I cant seem to get it together.

The challenge is just adding pressure.I will follow it through to the end for you guys, i will post next weeks challenge for you and declare the winners and everything.
