Hey guys! seems like everyone is looking forward to this next week :D
I'm really hoping i'll be able to keep up with the excersize, I'm pretty sure my routines shouldnt be too altered with the pup i'll just have to have him confined since he likes to puddle around my feet a lot and i just dont even want to test him around the treadmill... Luckily being a bulldog he already sleeps a lot and is really laid back so aside from going outside and staying on top of chewing he hasn't been much work at all!
i've been out and about a lot this weekend and have had takeout 3 nights in a row :ack2: and i can feel too... going to try to stick to veggies all day till dinner time just to feel better and maybe like im flushing out some of the grease and salt... I think my H wants to do takeout again bc he doesnt want me to cook on my birthday (I think he should just cook me something then :p) but if he does i'm not going with anything but Subway... At this point I've tasted the grilled chicken sandwhich at wendys, KFC and Mcdonalds in the last 3 days... and i'll probably be getting a grilled chicken sub lol It's a good thing I like chicken...

Wow I've missed quite a bit! I've been busy the last couple days. We Picked up our bulldog pup yesterday which was an all day event... I finally used a cheat day, though i'm sure if i went over it wasn't by a lot. I have another cheat day comming next week too I think since my birthday is on monday I'm sure my eating wont be the best.

It is sad to see so many ppl have dropped from the challenge but that happens...Lots of ppl join and then alot of ppl drop out.

Amanda (I will not fail) Has asked me to remove her from the challenge, she said she is doing well and following everythign but has no time to update...

Oh I gave myself the diary points because i drop by everyones diaries as the update in my subcscription thread and as they post in t heir diaries, ive done it really regularly anyway, lol
 
WOW, I cant believe myself, LOL...Im still sick, going onto week number 3...My lil one is getting better thankfully, it has been over a month for her on and off afn the flu for the last 2 weeks...she was actually labelled contagious so we have been staying couped up in the house...

I had a very lazy non prodictive, sit around the house and stuff my house day, LOL...

I had a busy weekend and didnt sleep much...

Anyway I didnt have my fiber suppliment or my protein today!!!Unbeleivable, I create the challenges and I forgot and was to lazy to follow it today!!!
 
Well its week 4 and what can I say the last two weeks I have fallen into some sort of funk, Not that I have been eating all that badly but just a few guidelines of my plan have been overlooked.But thats history I have shaken that off. I have 9 weeks to lose 8kgs, totally do-able!!
 
I'm not sure if the scales is playing tricks on me but it says i lost 4 lbs this week! thats a new record for me!! lets go week 4!

Great job, congrats!!

I only lost 0.4 lbs this week, I won't let it stop me though. Keep doing what I am doing. Exercising and eating within my calorie limits. I know it will pay off.

I really need to pick up the pace... my heart just doesnt seem to have been in it this time around like last time...
my routine has been thrown for a loop, not only because of the new puppy and having to set up new routines but also because of march break...
All that crappy eating for several days has affected cravings... i came home with whipped cream icing cakes and cookies (good old mother in law and family) and ive been eating quite a bit of it... for the past few days I said i would try to make up for my crap eating last weekend with lots of veggies and its yet to happen... i've said im definately going to get my running in and excersize in the afternoon and havent done that either... my motivation is dwindling and I have to figure out how im going to pick it up... I guess at this point the good old slogan "just do it" comes into play...
last night I premade a big bowl of salad so that its easier to pick through out the day. this after noon I'm going to run as hard as i can for as long as i can then do some strength training, I also want to do something I havent done in some time and thats use my treadmill after dinner... so thats my plan for the day. I MUST stick to it...
 
Great, another week almost over....the key for me is to never make way for my excuses again, there is always a good excuse for not looking after myself...I'm just not looking for one any more!:sifone:
 

Well I havent been able to pick it back up againa and give it my all...With workign the nights adn sleepign the days/afternoons...it has been a bit tough.Kids still sick, they take turns needing things and so it goes on...Im hoping to get in some exercise tomorrow...so far this week only managed a 60 min walk...wanted to exercise Wednesday night but my oldest was in teh need of a clinic adn then it got late and so it goes on...

Thursday I will walk for sure, gotta get into the doc abt my shin splints and swollen ankles and I will try to get some more stuff in there.

Things have just been a little crazy lately in teh household..things will start getting better...

Motherof2-once I get into the junk eating I too get on the 'kick' and have horrible cravings and just cant seem to break the rut, once I break it I am ok again. Hoping you can break your rut. Cute puppy!

LOL - im the same way andit usually takes me a few days of great restraint to get through it but then I am god as if I hadnt had it for a long time...

lol mine lasts as long as the junk is hovering it seems lol... so i try to get rid of it... the kids rarely get junk so i dont feel so bad giving them a few cookies throughout the day and a piece of cake ofter dinner to get rid of it... I just ate the last peice of cake lol yes at 9:55 am i ate a peice of cake... but at least its all gone and theres no more temptation... now i just need a few days of clean eating to kick these cravings and I should be able to resist any temptations... the hardest part is that after all the junk and take out, salad doesnt taste as good anymore :/
oh well... one day at a time...
 
hmmm.. so I just started one of the 10 minute trainer sessions.. it was cardio.. umm I got through about 3 minutes of it before I decided it wasn't for me.. it was so all over the place! it just came in doing something without even an intronduction or explanation at all... then all of a sudden i found myself jumping around like a goof ball, once again all over the place with what felt like no structure at all... i decided i would skip through some of the other sessions to see what they were like and it seemed like more of the same.. it was like this crazy guy was just pulling random moves out of no where from god knows what experience. I know you downloaded it and gave it a try cerella... did you find it at all strange? or is it just me? Has anyone else tried this series?
Well i'm about to go start wii fit... I feel lost with a completely unplanned afternoon now :ack2:
 
I LOVE IT!!!It is 10 mins of full body carid training:)

It really does work too , I feel it like ya wouldnt belive everywhere.I also love the yoga, i usually do 2 ten min sessions and finish wiht yoga but what I wanna start doing is, 10 mins after work and 10 mins yoga, 10 mins in the afternoon and ten mins yoga and then 10 mins eveing and ten mins yoga.

It is designed that way to get the most outta your ten mins.Have you read up on any of it or seen the infomercial it is pretty amazing.

have ya ever tried tae bo or kick boxing it isnt much different and very effectivite

I feel great after I do them (the 10 mins well and tae Bo but havent done tha tin so long) and I huff and puff like ya wouldnt belive in that 10 mins, it is worse than boot camp, have ya checked out the abs one, OMFG, we only do one of those moves at boot camp!!!
