omgoodness... its soooo bittersweet to see how many people have disappeared from the challenge =T

i am happy to tell yall though... that even with my slacking and whatnot while i was away and without my support i have managed to get to 186 =] when i started this challenge i was 195 ^^

i missed everyone!!!
 
Weekend report

I just wanted to report my results on the weekend


State powerlifting champion (90 kg division)
3rd across ALL female divisions (based an the Wilks formula which is sort of a handicap system)
Queensland Bench Press Champion (90 kg division)

Qualified for Australian Bench Press Titles :hurray:
 
Not many of us left in this challenge. I keep updating the spreadsheet and keeping myself true to the game though!!

Saw a nice number on the scale, I think it will be 9 lbs lost on Monday, which is great!!

Challenge 6

One extra hour of exercise this week, so instead of 4 hours 5 hours and make it be something you haven't done before or in a very long time.

I think you put your exercise in my spot. I had a horrible week, hardly any exercise, but I'm back on track now. I walked a lot and my weight stayed the same for this week, I had lost 1 lb, but gained it back. Darn! I have to buckle down and get busy this last week. Kerry
 
Hello,

This week's bonus challenge is going to be easy for me. I already exercise over 5 hours every week.

I have a good number on the scale, and a load of motivation to get to my goal. I am sorry this is the last week of the challenge and it will end, it kept me motivated for 5 weeks, going on 6 now and I will continue until I reach my goal!!

Woohooo Tru, great effort! You should be very proud!

Let's all rock this last week, it isn't nice to see so many drop out of the challenge, this has been a really busy 6 weeks for me and I am really proud that I have stuck with it!

Ran my first 30 minutes this morning, did 4.6km and am aiming for 5km tomorrow, wish me luck!:biggrinjester:

I wont lie, I havent lost much weight since about week 2 or 3 but on the upside I havent gained any either. But my weight has finally started to shift again so I am going to bust my chops this week and make it a good final loss for this last week!!

Hope everyone is doing well....this week is really busy and I am struggling to get my normal amount of exercise in, with only the mornings left to exercise....have done just over two hours....am sick as well, so that does not help. But no excuses, I am really trying!

Don't expect any loss again this week, as it is that TOM and I am holding more water than a camel...hee hee:waving:
 
o.k, feeling better about the exercise now, fitted in almost 2hours today as a meeting got cancelled for this evening so I suddenly had time...amazing what a change, I finally have a bit of free time without work or meetings and what do I do....exercise...lol what a change!

I'm still on track for the most part. :D

Also, is it just me or did everyone drop out? :(

Im looking through trying to find where i posted about choosing winners.I know I said we would have four winners, one from every area. Points, Pics, measuremanet and I guess the fourth would have been weight...
