I didn't think I would lose anything this week. I ate out a couple of times. I am slowly getting closer to my final goal.

Weight loss plateau nightmare!!!! Changed my routine to gym instead of swim this week to see if i can restart the diet mode, my body has got to used to me swimming a mile 3 times a week. Im still losing inches but just not moving much on the scales for the last two week, im confident though that i can get it started again. Have lost 23lb so far this year so definately not giving up :)

I did a better this week. 50 lbs lost so far! I am now only 20 lbs away from my final goal. Little by little I'm getting there and I feel soooo much better.

The curse has finally been broken. This was a good week. Really focused on eating and getting all my workouts in. Down 12.5lbs total. Go Me!!!!
