A minimum amount of fibre per day?
We all need fibre and as the average UK adult consumption is only 12g per day when the recommended is 18g I say we have to get a minimum of.... 18? Or maybe a little higher?

I lost 5.4 pounds this week... WTH!? I think A LOT of it is water, I mean my BMI is now like 19.something and it should be really hard to lose right!? I also measured myself and am 11 inches down from a week and a half ago. I don't know, but I don't expect to lose anything next week.

Thank you! I have NO CLUE how I did it, I eat about 1,600 calories everyday, drink water, and do between 20-55 min HIIT/Cardio Kickboxing workouts everyday. But, I have a feeling I wont lose this week But as long as I don't gain I will be happy
March 08______172.5 Going to be in Jamaica for the week and will return on the 16th. I will try my best to have fun but not get too far off track with food and liquor.
March 15_______179 I knew it was going to be bad because I ate and drank a TON in Jamaica. I was hoping it would magically stay off the scale but nope, I gained 6 lbs on vacation. I will go back to the grind now and get the weight off ... again. I can say though, it was worth it.
