Weight-Loss 3 month Spring Challenge!!!

I didn't reach my goal. I only lost 10 lbs in 3 months. I was on vacation for 6 days and weighed my self before going and again after I got back. I ate out the whole time and chose healthy foods as best as I could and only ate 1/2 of what I was served and didn't take the rest with me. So I still lost 1/2 lb while on vacation. I'm proud of myself for that!

March 01...Intial weigh in 165 lbs
Goal weight loss: - 20 lbs

March 08 164 1/2 (-1/2 lb.)
March 15 163 lbs (-1.5 lbs)
mini challenge #1 I met this goal easy. I always drink a lot of water.

March 22 162 lbs. (-1 lb)
March 29 160 lbs (-2 lbs)
mini challenge #2 I didn't meet this goal everyday. This is something I'm always working on!

April 05 160 lbs ( no loss this week)
April 12 159 1/2 lbs (-1/2 lb)

April 19 158 lbs (-1 1/2 lbs)
April 26 157 1/2 lbs (-1/2 lb)

May 03 156 1/2 lbs (-1 lb)
May 10 156 1/2 lbs (-0)


May 17 156 lbs (-1/2 lb) Not much. Hopyfully if will pick up this week. this is sooooo slow
May 24 155 1/2 lbs (-1/2 lbs)

May 31 155 lbs (-1/2 lb)
