lochmond - Maybe change up your exercise routine? I took a break for about a week and then switched up what I was doing and that ended my plateau.

Sorry have not been keeping up, Im a slacker. Been moving and have not been good with my eating, but I will weigh in on Wednesday morning because I wont be by a scale tomorrow morning. :D
 
I'm still going slow but I did eat out 2 times this week and had ice cream 2 times so 1 lb this week is good!
