hi,its bn a looong time since i came 2 dis forum,anyways,i did lose weight,from 156lbs to 136lbs,which iz a cool success but i still need 2 lose weight...i eat only 1200calories,n sumtimes a do cyclin for an half hour or so..anyways,jus th8 i wud say it...take care every1

looks like i've found group for me...i'm 18, will be 19 in less then two months. i'm from croatia, europe and i'm planning to lose at least 20ib (pounds, whatever, those measures are killing me lol - in measures we're using here would be perfect to lose 10kg)

i'm a journalist/politics student and i'm looking forward to make some new friends here and to be each other support.

i'm on special diet program which consists of 90 days and it works on combining food. here is very popular and many people use it because its efficiency. you can eat almost everything, even cakes and ice cream, it's just matter of time. i'm also planning to do some work out. well....that's all for now:)
 
Hello :). I'm 19. I'm not so new to this forum, I actually joined a year ago and lost 40 pounds but i've gained 15 back :(. I haven't been on this forum since last september.
 
god. i lost around 20 pds over the summer now i am really struggling to get back on track .for the past month and a half ive been eating a TON. i can't control myself for some reason. i have approx 15 pounds to lose before I am at my ultimate goal of 115.. a while back in sept i got down to 124.5 now im up at 128-130 EWWWWWWWWW! let's help each other!

Hey guys I would love to join. I haven't been overweight for a long time. I gained alot of weight in the last 8 months. I am 6'2 and about 255 and want to get back down to 205.

My Story
I am about to turn 17 years old. About a year ago I was involved in a serious accident on the freeway doing 100 plus in my 1999 camaro. There was a stalled car in the middle of the freeway and I didn't have enough time to stop. I rolled the car 2 times. For the last 8 months I have been recovering from numerious broken bones. The only thing that saved me was the roll cage that was installed in my car. I couldn't walk because I had two broken legs, that is why I gained about 50 pounds. I am back and healthy trying to lose the extra 50 pounds!

hiii, hz every1 ?? anyways...i have lost weight,which iz soo kool.. About 8kg so far...from 71 to 63...n im still tryin 2 reach my goal to 56-57kg...now another problem popped out which iz my hair....my hair iz fallin soo much jus bcuz of dietin...i dont know wat im doin wrong...i dont eat so much daily,i eat bout 1200calories daily...but no exercise only once a week or so as i dont have much time,i have midterms comin up...anyways,i dont know wat 2 do now...i m8 come back as 2 wat i used 2 eat 2 stop my hair frm fallin..can any1 help me wid dis problem?thx!!!

your hair is probably falling out because you are not getting enough protein and vitamins--not because of your calorie consumption--so try and increase your amount of lean protein and maybe take some supplements (with an ok from your doctor)
 
Hi! I'm 15 and I weigh 215 lbs right now.
My goal is to reach 170 lbs at the least and 185 at the most and bulk up.
My height is 5'9", I play full court basketball every saturdays and play half court basketball on weekdays. I'm too lazy to run, but I would if i'm motivated to run. I'm asian so I have to eat rice from morning to dinner, but I think i'm eating too much rice. Any suggestion?
 
Cut down on the rice just a tad, and exercise just a little bit more, and you should be good to go. If you want to add muscle, start weight lifting or resistance training.

Well, I started 2 days ago...It's very hard! after I eat I get hungry right away, but i'll try and see if I get used to it.
 
I'm 16 years old, 5"7 and weigh just about 200 pounds. I was doing fairly well about a year and a half ago, I was in the 165-170 range but then I stopped because of time restraints. I have more time because I'm taking college courses now, so I decided to start working out again :D

Hello everyone, my name's Katie. I'm 19. I'm 5'8 250. About a year ago I lost around 30 pounds, but I just haven't been in the right mind frame to lose anymore, until recently that is. :p
I've had weight problems ever since my dad died when I was five, and I'm just sick of being the fat one.

So, if anyone can give me some helpful tips, or just talk, I'd appreciate it.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you. :)
