130's Club

I had posted in this thread years ago! I saw my posts from 2008 and was 136..lowest 133, never got out of the 130s.

Today I'm at 131.8, I am hoping this is the month I see a 120.x number which I haven't seen since 2005!!!

i can't believe how happy i am to be a part of the 130's club!!! I weighed in at 138.8 this morning (FINALLY!!). Anyways, my original weight loss goal was to get to 130, however, I still have a lot of weight to lose around the hips, I think it'll take more than 8 pounds to get to where I picture myself being. So as happy as I am being a member of this club right now, I do look forward to leaving it soon and joining the 120's club :) I hope everybody is doing well with their weight loss goals! Best of luck to us all!!!

Hello everyone. Although during the past month i was for a while in the 120's club i couldn't remain there for long and i get back at 134.5 lb. When i was at 120's club i used to eat very little and i wonder if this was right. I lost nearly 10 pounds which i get back when i start eating regularly. I am disappointed because I should start again from the beginning. And because i eat very late at the evening it's very difficult to eat less than usual. What are you usually eating in the evening?

I weighed in this morning scale read 138.5 so super excited- was at a plateau for the entire month of April. My goal is 128 but if I can get to 120 I'll be estactic because im 5'4 and pear shaped so I carry my wieght in my lower body. If I can get to 120 I would actually look thin and more proportionate.

I'm at 137. Past couple months I lost 9 lbs. Just found this site. Really like the tips and ideas. Want to keep losing more weight.

Anyone try hot yoga? My sister and her daughter started doing hot yoga couple months ago and really like the results.

Any other thoughts on hot yoga?

checking in again Im at 136.4 having some finacial difficulties so not hitting the gym and running anymore mostly I'm staying under 1300 calories. However I hope to get back to the gym in July when things level out for me.

Last winter i was at 127lb and now i am at 137lb. I would like to lose these extra 10 lb as soon as possible. I am going to gym but i don't be quite careful with sweets and food with a lot of fat. I think that if i limit a lot my food intake i will lose these extra lbs as soon as possible

Updating again was at 132.4 this morning super happy. I've decided weighing 128 will be my new short term goal then 120 will be my final weight. It's weird to look back when I was pushing close to170 pounds; some may think that not a lot but I felt awful and unhealty. It's taken some time to just get to 130's (4 months) but Im here. If I can do it anyone can.

Hey folks hope everyone is still going strong and sticking to their respective weight loss I'm down to 130.8 and my last mini goal is 128 so almost thier.

I get back at 142 lbs where i was 3 years ago when i started loosing weight. I get 10 lbs more than that time last year. The difference with the last year is that i rest less than last year because now i am a lot of hours away from home because of work. I haven't joined the gym yet for this year and i use to eat a lot more times in restaurants than last year. All of these and the feeling of stress gave me 10 more pounds. Now i think that i should lose weight to feel better but i think it would be difficult with my resent routine programme. Has anybody cope with the same situation, attempting to lose again 10 lbs while he had already lost and gained them back?

I am at 138 lbs. I have gained 10 pounds since Last winter. Tried very hard to shed them, but those extra pounds didn't budge!

Now I am following a diet plan and go to the gym regularly. I hope to drop those extra pounds soon. Cant wait to join the 120 club :)

Up to 135lbs, about a 12lb gain from this time last year. I would like to get down to 120lbs again, but I would be satisfied maintaining between 120-125lbs. Rough time of year to try to cut weight in general, plus I have PFC in my right knee, so I can't run or play soccer like I'm used to right now - so not helping! How's everyone doing with their plans? Finding it difficult to stay away from cookies and alcohol for the holidays?

I'm back on the forum and have gained a ton of weight.

I'm giving fair notice that I will head back down to this old club (that I passed through a few years back).

I'm on my way and will be with you as soon as I can...

Just about into this club! SHOULD be there on Friday (I am currently weighing in the 130's but Fridays are my official weigh in days and I did not hit it on Friday)

I am at 136 pounds. After a lot of time that I take care of my diet it seems impossible to go down from 136 pounds. Before 3 years I have managed to be at 127 pounds. Now that seems impossible. I think some times that it may be other factors, as stress and a daily program with a lot of things to do, that maybe affect this. Sometimes I think that, and really if you eat food with less calories, it doesn't really have a very good result in losing weight. Because my daily program that has a lot of things to do I don't go to the gym every day. I go to the gym 1 or 2 times every week for 1 or 2 hours. It's difficult to go to the gym if you feel exhausted daily. However I keep trying and stay on track. I limit my meals with meat food and I usually prefer eating fish. The last months I rarely eat meat. I don't know if that has good effect on diet but I really don't feel the need of eating meat. My extra fat is concentrated in the area of belly. Have you any suggestions or have you something healthy tried that helped you to lose fat from the belly area?
