130's Club

I am now 136.5 because i took care a lot about calories last weak. I didn't eat anything with fat last week except on Sunday that i ate meat. I couldn't avoid it as i was with some friends that they ate meet, bread, potatoes, etc. On Monday i made some mistakes and ate bread and whip cream. Now on Tuesday i start again to take a lot of care for calories so that i don't eat something useless with a lot of calories.

I am now 137.5 lb. One day i go down 1 lb the next day i go up 1 lb. I can't stabilize yet to 135 lbs.

After a 3 week period of time it seems that i lost some pounds and now i am at 132lbs. I want to lose 2 lbs more and leave 130s club for 120s club. Some moments i feel hungry but i am not starving. I feel that belly fat is less but not all dissapeared yet. I try to stay on track.

I'm 2 lbs away from this club after 2 weeks of travelling around the country and gaining 3 pounds through bad eating and no exercise. I'll be here soon though!

Today i'm 134 lbs. Two pounds more. I ate a lot of dark chocolate and brown bread the last 2 days so i am two pounds more. I should limit any kind of chocolate and bread to get back on track. Getting down to the 120's club seems a far way goal for now.:seeya:

139.2

I am ridiculously proud of myself. I've been trying to get here for the past 9 months and I finally made it. No turning back now, I'm certain this is what I needed to get the ball rolling!

Today 135 lbs. There are a lot of up and down before i stabilize the weight near 130lbs. I was near there at 28/4 but then the weight has been fluctuating a lot. I keep trying to stabilize it near 130 lbs.:waving:

Still around 135lbs. I try to go down from 135 lbs but there are a lot of up and down around there.

Today i reach upper limit of this club 139lbs. I am anxious. The weekend i get 2 lbs because i ate as i desired and i didn't have time to go to the gym. Today i must take care to eat very little in order to come back at 135lbs, my usual weight.

Still around 136lbs. For a short time during last week the scale showed 134lbs but then again showed 136 as usual. I feel a little tired and disappointed but i will continue. I just feel now the fat around belly that i want to get rid of it. Is there any way to get rid of it soon? It is the point that i want to improve.

139 today. I've been in and out of the 130's but never make it past 138 without ballooning back up. Last week I was 147! So I lost a ton of water weight. So the plan is to maintain 139 for as long as possible (i.e. no going back to the 140's). I think my downfall last time was because I was too strict with myself that it ended up backfiring. This time just going to focus on being healthy.

It took me so long to to stay safely in the 130's! Only now do I feel safe and I'm still fluctuating between 135-139. I think it must be the kind of weight where loss really slows down.

I 'm still fluctuating between 135 and 137.5 lbs. I follow a not-strict diet and i usually don't feel hungry although i take care about sweets and food with a lot of fat. I think i should limit bread to 3 slices per day at most because i think the fact that i eat 6 slices of bread every day is slowing me down. How many slices of bread and what kind of bread do you usually eat every day? :waving:

I'm also trying to limit my bread. On work days I used to have 2 slices of toast in the morning, 2 slices of bread for a sandwich at lunchtime and I have no say in what we have for evening meal so could end up having pizza/ garlic bread/ something on toast etc. too. I can't cut out my pre-work toast because nothing else keeps me full for long enough, though on my days off work I won't have toast anymore. For lunch I've switched to pasta, not much better but at least a bit of variation. Ideally I'd switch to salad but I don't like salad so with the pasta I'm adding more other things (tomatoes, onion, mushroom, sweetcorn) to fill up on that and have less pasta. Can't do anything about evening meals really except have try to have less of whatever it is we are having.

I've also switched to brown bread so slightly healthier, though still on white pasta.
