ROCK On!.........

heya chillen yeah it going good. i didnt workout today - having a day off, sorry i havent updated this thing for a few days.

Chillen i need help with my diet, ive got cravings for sandwichs, choc, crisps n cakes atm, im not gonna eat them yet as ive just had my tea - a good tea at that(fish, potatoes n greens)

what shall, i do shall i eat these foos to get the cravings outta my system???

Heya all i got back on my workout today: im now doing the following:

17 minutes running hard
10 mins walking
2 x 10 pushups
3 x 60 crunches
15 lunges
20 laterail rasies
2 x 10 dips
20 bicep curls
10 arm push ups

i hope this sounds good. ive taken a break from calories counting for a couple of days, sorry i havent keep this very up to date, but i need a evaluate my progress and push through stuff thats stopping me from reaching my goals and i will get there.

i will be calorie counting again on saturday, i hope to keep it tight to 1500 a day

I got stairs, i got a heavy object: a large coffee jar filled with coppers - very heavy

I dont have any jugs, not big enough ones anyway

There are trees around but not suitable for climbin or pull ups of whatever

What are you using for your curls and lateral raises?

2 eaggs - 150
fruit salad - 110

oat bar - 157

apple - 55

plum n apricot fruit bar - 157

fruit cake - 200

dinner - baked potatoes with cheese n sprouts - 500

supper - chips - 250

TOTAL - 1579

Workout;

15 mins biking hard
at least an hour of walking

so i will start from today:

28th October

Workout:

13 minutes running hard
10 minutes walking

Flat Rocken it!

Im on a bulk cycle......I feel like a 5' 7" gorilla.......LOL----Been bulking for about 6 weeks......weights have shot up through the ROOF!........As expected.........this is why the dead lift challenge isnt that much a challenge at the moment. I am experiencing the benefits after coming off a rather long deficit period and then into a surplus......AH!......the benefits...of such a switch......baby!

After many months of being stubborn, and many people suugesting I bulk......I decided to do it the old fashion way (instead of a zig zag....which can be slow as mollasses.......but beneficial.......however).......SO I rock with it!

Im at 175 lbs.....and its been relatively good solid weight.....My aging body suprises me sometimes. I would have loved to have known my genetics when I was 20 years younger.........

My body will pack it on.....LOL......Im gonna give it another 5 weeks, and then cut back........

I plan to be "ripped" 170.(as compared to 154)......after its over.....BABY!......and the way things are going at the moment.....it will be plus or minus.......right in the ballpark!

I miss you around here, jackie. How are you, girl? I sincerely hope things are well with you. How is home life? And, just as important, how is your training coming along? I have been thinking about you. Post more when you can, keep rocken, you are always the best you can be.

aww thanks Chillen that means a lot, yeah im good thanks, home life is ok, my training has suffered a bit lately, as i can no longer run outside after work as its way to dark, but im trying to do some indoor running, but ive been getting stichtes lately lol, i think i really need help with my diet, i mean its good, but i want to have a calorie defiencty(sorry i think this is the word) in my diet on its own if you get me, even thou i will still work out n that- i love it, its great

What's this mean: stichtes ? I havent a clue. :)

I believe one just has to work with what they have. You are in a rather unique position and have limited resources, therefore, the deficit diet is going to be left to do MOST of the work.

Have you tried to use Fitday? I dont know if this will work for you because of your internet complications, then the other alternative is to manually track what you eat, and---------just get a rough estimate (like on your dinner meals)

The dinner meal is going to be hard to judge, but maybe you can get the boxes or items that makeup the dinner, and look at the labels and portion sizes and get a rough idea.

Is there a way, you can possibly eat with family......but just eat different things than what was cooked (you prepare it) (I did this throughout my deficit dieting). Maybe your dad buy you things for this cause (he does support your cause, right?)........just a thought.

Im going to write something in the ChillOut Log today on how to deal with cravings and other problems when deficit dieting; this may be of interest to you, young lady.
