heya chillen yeah it going good. i didnt workout today - having a day off, sorry i havent updated this thing for a few days.
Chillen i need help with my diet, ive got cravings for sandwichs, choc, crisps n cakes atm, im not gonna eat them yet as ive just had my tea - a good tea at that(fish, potatoes n greens)
what shall, i do shall i eat these foos to get the cravings outta my system???

I got stairs, i got a heavy object: a large coffee jar filled with coppers - very heavy
I dont have any jugs, not big enough ones anyway
There are trees around but not suitable for climbin or pull ups of whatever

aww thanks Chillen that means a lot, yeah im good thanks, home life is ok, my training has suffered a bit lately, as i can no longer run outside after work as its way to dark, but im trying to do some indoor running, but ive been getting stichtes lately lol, i think i really need help with my diet, i mean its good, but i want to have a calorie defiencty(sorry i think this is the word) in my diet on its own if you get me, even thou i will still work out n that- i love it, its great

i dont really have craving much, yh im not getting my calories right at the moment, but i willWhat's this mean: stichtes ? I havent a clue.stiches when running, stomach pains due to lack of oxygen, basically not breathing properly
I believe one just has to work with what they have. You are in a rather unique position and have limited resources, therefore, the deficit diet is going to be left to do MOST of the work.
Have you tried to use Fitday? I dont know if this will work for you because of your internet complications, then the other alternative is to manually track what you eat, and---------just get a rough estimate (like on your dinner meals)
The dinner meal is going to be hard to judge, but maybe you can get the boxes or items that makeup the dinner, and look at the labels and portion sizes and get a rough idea.
Is there a way, you can possibly eat with family......but just eat different things than what was cooked (you prepare it) (I did this throughout my deficit dieting). Maybe your dad buy you things for this cause (he does support your cause, right?)........just a thought.im happy to cook my own dinners about 2 or 3 times a week, but doing it all week would be really awkward, i can try to measure what my dad gives me
Im going to write something in the ChillOut Log today on how to deal with cravings and other problems when deficit dieting; this may be of interest to you, young lady.
Are you having craving problems and going over because of this? Or is it just trying to deal with knowing the calories in food you eat?
