corned beef - 70
tomato - 6

oarnge - 50

dinner - baked potatoes, cheese, sprouts - 600

orande mangerins - 45

TOtAL - 1445.25

WORKOUT - day off - its friday

cheese sandwich, sausauge roll, mince pie - round my aunities house, how could i say no lol

apple - 55

Dinner - mackeral, pototoes, spicy tomtato homemade sauce, peas n sweetcorn

2 mince pies - not a good thing i know

Total - dont know

I didnt have time to workout

2 x 10 cruches hanging off the end of the bed lol

Just wanted to thank you for your kind words in the COL.

I went to the funeral in Illinois, and spent a couple of days with family, and all is well. I am healing but in great shape!

Morning Jackie.

Have you money for any whey powder? I would like to see more protein and fats in the diet (maybe flax or fish oil gels?).

I see more carbs in the diet more than anything else. Try to fit in some fats and protein, Jackie. If this is possible. I know its hard for ya.....but keep trying to get the big three in the diet as much as possible.

heya again thanks for the advice, yeah ive got whey powder, i got some about 2 weeks ago. its not very nice with milk, but i put some in my oat bars 2 weeks ago, but i think they put the calories up too much, i will figure it out, dont you worry.

I will try to eat more fish, i made myself fish n rice with veg the other night, it was lovely -mmmmmmmm

I have made some progress

I have made some progress towards fit abs, i havent exactly stuck to my calorie - diet, and some days i have missed training n maybe drank a bit too much, but ive never gave up, and i never will, i think the human body is amazing and it should never be wasted


I see a bit of improvement

Yeah i really feel i have found peace within myself, well i think i got that last year, last year really changed me and my outlook on life, i met some great people and went through some tough times, but im good at the end of the day
