I understand that cheat meals should account for no more than 10% of the meals you have in a week. If you want to, you can take today and the previous six days as your test period. Figure out how many meals you had, and then calculate the number of cheats you had. If the second number divided by the first is greater than 0.10, then you have some improvements to make.
For example: If you have 6 meals a day over a week, that's 42 meals total. Which means that no more than 4 should be cheats.
