Thanks for that, glad its not just my little one. Water yes thats the tricky issue of the moment. Its winter here, ooooh so cold. Really hard to motivate my self to drink water when it so cold. I left my water out of the fridge on the table (its in a bottle) when I picked it up it was colder then when it was in the fridge lol. Have no trouble drinking it when I am at the gym but I know I am not supose to count that water as its just replacing what I lost exercising. Well I had been avoiding the scales while I was off the rails, and then when they weighed me at the gym I thought Oh cool, I havent put any on. Tonight I decided I should bite the bullet and use my scales as I know all scales are different and got quite a shock. (not a good one) didnt know two scales could be out by that much. Finaly found the motivation I needed to stick to the diet though, after seeing that I am following my diet strickly. I guess its really easy to fool ourselves into thinking were ok when we dont face it. From now on I am going to weigh my self every 3days, I know its suppose to be once a week. But I think that will keep me on track a bit better, more accountablity.
