Thanks for that, glad its not just my little one. Water yes thats the tricky issue of the moment. Its winter here, ooooh so cold. Really hard to motivate my self to drink water when it so cold. I left my water out of the fridge on the table (its in a bottle) when I picked it up it was colder then when it was in the fridge lol. Have no trouble drinking it when I am at the gym but I know I am not supose to count that water as its just replacing what I lost exercising. Well I had been avoiding the scales while I was off the rails, and then when they weighed me at the gym I thought Oh cool, I havent put any on. Tonight I decided I should bite the bullet and use my scales as I know all scales are different and got quite a shock. (not a good one) didnt know two scales could be out by that much. Finaly found the motivation I needed to stick to the diet though, after seeing that I am following my diet strickly. I guess its really easy to fool ourselves into thinking were ok when we dont face it. From now on I am going to weigh my self every 3days, I know its suppose to be once a week. But I think that will keep me on track a bit better, more accountablity.
 
Oh I forgot to add, I have gone back to the shake diet. I was too much of a loose cannon with the other one. I know its beter for me but I just go all over the place.
 
Cool. Sounds like you're doing good. Whatever you choose, you have to STICK to it!!! I'm here to support you and kick your butt in gear if you need to. :)

I HAVE BEEN YOYOING WITH ALL THESE DIETS AND MESSING MY SYSTEM UP BAD LOSE GAIN LOSE GAIN WELL NO MORE I AM STICKING TO THE 1200 CAL AND EXCERCISING AND DRINKING WATER! zOILA WE CAN AND WILL DO THIS YOU CAN JOIN OUR 5 WEEK CHALLNGE I STARTED IF YA WANT WE ARE SENDING POSTCARDS TO THE WINNER ITS MEMORIAL DAY TO 4TH OF JULY CHALLENGE!

by the way.. i love that you chose your name based on it's meaning life! I actually want to name my first daughter zoe for the same reason =)

scales are a girls WORST enemy... I try to stick to using the same one at the same time of the same day of the week to maintain some consistency and see if i'm really losing... it's so hard to tell!
 
Thanks everyone for your posts. Its always great to see you ones there. Well today was going really well until dinner time. I went to the gym this morning and was really happy with my self cause I pushed my self harder and increased some of my times, then I cam home had Egg and salad for lunch (no dressings) feeling really good even pre-made dinner for the kids at lunch time as I was full of energy and it made more sense to do it then, so not to tempt me later when Iwas eating my stuff. Well went out had coffee with friends picked my daughter up from school and mucked around with the kids. come 6pm kids are hungry and I go to reheat dinner, and discover it gone. Look everywhere and find the empty container on the bench. Grrrr bloody men. Hubby had eaten all the bread for Breakfast and since he couldnt have a sandwich for lunch had eaten the kids dinner ( I already made his to take to work for later that night) Well I am right annoyed now, but worse then that have nothing to give the kids as the food is pretty much gone cause tommorows shoping day. Going to make toasted sandwhiches, but he ate the bread for breakie, so going through the cupboard best option was the good old rice bubbles and the kids are giving me that your not seriously going to give us breakfast ceral speal. So I give in chuck them in the care and we get take away for dinner and me being weak I had it too. Oh man I was doing so well for most of the day. But thats ok tomorow is a new day. And my main aim for this week was to cut all chocolate out which I am doing really well on, so I will take comfort in that.

Zoila, good job on the gym. I think you did really well! Don't worry about dinner - the main thing is that you will get up the next day and make it a good day again. You are doing great, keep it up!

Thanks for your post. Today was a good day just cruzing along really. Happy with my shopping trip and plann for the new week. Didnt get into the gym today though was feeling a little bit sore from the other day, think it will take awhile to get use to the weights, so hopefully will get in tommorow and on the weekend to make up for it. Going to be flat out this weekend trying to get my house in perfect shape, Mum is flying in for a visit next week ahhhhhhhh so have to make sure I find every tiny crumb and dirt speck because if I dont she will lol.

Redneck my ticker hasnt been updated, I put on weight since the last time I changed it (when I went off track for couple of weeks) so will post in the other section my new starting weight.

Your muscles are sore, that's good, that means you're building more muscle and getting stronger. When the muscles are sore it is a good idea not to stress them, so they can recover, so its a good thing you did not go to the gym! Tomorrow you'll feel better and will go.

Sounds like you're going to be burning a lot of calories this weekend cleaning! Try not to stress yourself out too much, although I know what its like to have a mother over. Good luck!
 
Ok, been slack on the gym this weekend, cause I am trying to get a lot of stuff around the house done. Got to finish all the painting I started months ago lol. I did most of it ages ok took a break and never went back to it. So its a long weekend here and mine and hubby's focus to get it all done. Including the gardening so hopefuly will get some exercise out of that. Am going to the gym monday afternoon with a friend for sure so thats cool. I am also trying to organise my self and pre doing menues for the week so I dont have to think about whats for dinner. Just look at the chart and it will tell me. Hopefully that will help me to stay on track this week.
 
Yeah! Looks like you're doing great! Painting, gardening and cleaning is quite an exercise, so don't worry about the gym for this weekend, and sounds like you have good plans for Monday and the rest of the week. Good idea on planning dinners, that definitely helps!

Hi, didnt mean to disapear. Have had my mum here most of the week so I havent had a chance to get online, I was cleaning like crazy before she got here then she was here and pretty much took up all my time. She doesnt approve of spending time on the computer, she thinks time is better spent doing more cleaning lol. Yes she is a clean freak. She has extremely high standards when it comes to cleaning wich would seem I do not meet no matter how hard I try. Oh well, I told her I am what I am, so except it or get over it. All in all though our visit went well enough. So today being the first day she is gone I am straight back on the computer catching up on messages, my email box was full lol. My diet is going ok, despite going out to dinner with my mum. ( I wouldnt dare over eat in front of her lol). I didnt manage to get into the gym at all last week, so need to start fresh with that tommorow. Ok thats it for now will try and catch up on other diarys later today.

I'm so opposite from your mom on cleaning... I clean for health and aestetic reasons, of course, but I think spending time with your family or doing activity that enriches your life is much more important... Life is too short to spend cleaning something that will get dirty in a day or two anyway... Luckily my mom is of the same opinion, but since she does not really come to see me very often, this has not mattered much.

Keep up what you're doing, go to the gym, you will see progress soon!!!!
 
I totaly agree with you, which is why mum and I are always butting heads lol. Cleaning is fun for her, for me it is just a hygene thing as well, I would much rather spend the time playing with my kids then haveing a perfect house. Growing up we had the perfect house, walk on the mat, dont touch the counch, take your shoes off kind of thing, Plus my mum worked a lot, I understand her needing to work but I dont have a lot of happy memories of my childhood, I cant remember spending a lot of time with her becasue she was always busy. I want it different for my kids but mum doesnt really get that but thats cool. We have finaly aggreed to disagree.
Well this week my hubby is on holidays and I am off to a bad start already. My daugthers school had a pupil free day, so we spent the day at the park then went to see that new movie, cars. Cause my son is obsessed with cars lol. So we had some lollies and then we ended up haveing take out cause it was late when the movie finished. So not off to the best start to the week. But I did tell hubby he is going to have to eat what I am eating this week since he will be home because I am done making seperate meals its too time consuming and I am more likely to crumble that way. So hopefully tommorow is a better day. Pluss my challenge to my self is to make sure I get enough water in tommorow, I have been bad with that this last week.
