Today i had a very good workout. I felt the gakic working and my endurence was way better then usual.
Squat: 225x8, 245x8, 245x8, 245x7
Leg press: 540x6x3
Leg extension: 190x8, 210x7, 210x6, 210x5
My elbow joints still hurt but hopefully my pain will go away very soon. Im going to the mountains to play in the snow agian. This time i will keep myself warmer and not sweat and get hot.
My elbows still ****en hurt!! its pissing me off. My bench press isnt going anywhere becuase all my joints on my arms are messed up. Man... im hoping it goes away soon.
All my supplements are helping me alot but im getting to fat. I have too much fat all around my body. Its nice to know im getting stronger week by week but i have too much excessive fat.
I already gained 5lbs. im 205 in the mornings and 210 when i weigh myself at the gym.
I think i am going to only do 2 more weeks of bulk and cut. This fat is depressing.
My internet was shut down for about 4 days. havent really been posting becuase of that. Im still doing my same routine. Im too lazy to remember what i did for the last 2 days so im not gonna post. My elbow pain is slowly going away and im happy. Tommarow is my rest day.
If you liked NoXplode you should try Superpump250, I've done both and prefer superpump by far. Good for bulking too if your on some good gainers pre and post workout. Make sure your taking a good quality shake before bed, like muscle milk, for gaining. When it comes time to cut (I hate cut time, eat time is way more fun eh) try doing 'burst' training. I go all out till heart rate is 90%/max then go easy till its 60%/max then go all out...basically you try to do that as many times as you can in a set time, like 10-15 min to start out. Its the fastest and most effective way to cut fat in as little 'cardio' time as possible. Good luck man!
And for joint pain (I had some wicked hurtin elbows when I started training) you could try a glucosamine with condritin (spelling?) joint formula pill. Its kinda an old person thing, but f it, whatever works.
