****10 WEEK CHALLENGE. RUNS JAN. 11-MAY 22******
Goal: easy, to lose as much weight as you can in those 10 wks, in a safe and healthy manner. No 'extreme' dieting!
Groups: will be based on the order members signed up. We are currently looking at 3 groups of 4...although if we get any more members between now and the 8th, that could change. As of Right now, we have :

On the 10th I will create your group chat threads where you keep your scoresheet and chat to support each other! HOWEVER
***DO NOT start chatting till everyone gets their score sheet up*** That way you can keep updating your original scoresheets...so I don't have to go through all the pages to find it...i will post weekly stats for all to see!!!
PRIZES: as stated earlier, WLF has committed to giving prizes to the winning team AND the overall biggest looser (who may or may not be from the winning team)
POINTS: You can give yourself FIVE points per percentage of weight lost. I think thats the only fair way to do it unless someone has a better idea. Also, I will assign one point for every 30 minutes of exercise each week, one hour a day limit!! Starting week TWO I will start giving a weekly mini challenge. This is a great way to keep your interest and motivation in this long challenge. you will be assigned points in the mini challenge. *more info to come at a later date*
