Tasha - I've just checked and your 4 pound loss reported on 1st March was the biggest weight loss reported then.

I think that Korrie will be hoping that you can announce a mini challenge for us.

You are more aware than most that the week has already started - but it is perfectly reasonable to announce a bonus which does not need to be done on all seven days of the week.

I'm going to do a 2 part mini challange
To skip a minimum of 10mins a day (its hard work) and do a minimum of 50 squats a day, 2 points per day if completed.

for 1 extra point per day you must log your food,exercise and water intake.
If you can't log on everyday make sure you write it down to updated when you can log in.

you can earn a extra 21 bonus points by completing this 2 part challenge

hope this is ok with everyone?

(I'm assuming it was skipping rope, rather than prancing down the street skipping :) )

we have to keep in mind that people are not watching the forum for 24 hours a day... if for instance half the day is over people can feel that they didnt have a chance as it was not there when they looked.

I think that this forum could really do with a whole load of you tube links of each of us all round the world prancing down the street skipping... with the right publicity it could go viral... :biggrinjester:

and just think the forecast snow could well be back this weekend... that should make any kind of skipping "challenging".

My breasts and chest will not thank you... it will be a challenge as I am heavy chested and have a hip and knee injury, but I will try...:ack2:

p.s. Is there a way that the challenges could be posted on Thursday. This is the first time I have a chance to check the board today as I was embroiled at work and I do my exercise in the mornings, as it stands I will lose the 2 points for today because after the day I had at work today, the devil is a liar if its believed I will do any skipping or squats as beat up as I am..

I am not making excuses, just that if the challenges are put out on Thursday I believe everyone would have a chance to do it as at times some of us have to plan out when we can do the exercises.

Alternative to the skipping either do 30 extra squats or for transparent if you do a extra half hr of any exercise you can still have the 2 points that's for anyone not able to do squats or skipping I have to be fair to everyone :)

I'm also sorry that the challenge wasn't posted till late but I didn't actually know I had to pick it :( sorry

I will STILL TRY to complete the challenge as it stands:nopity:, but it's nice to know that if the ole injury starts acting up I can still make my points. :smash:

p.s. If its not stated they have to be done at one time, could you break the challenge up into segments, where as long as I skip 10 minutes in the day and complete 50 squats in the day I get the points, or do they all have to be done at the same time, 10 mins straight skipping, and all 50 squats one time?:confused:

Unfortunatly I will not be doing the mini challenge this week as I was at the dct today and diagnosed with asthma/boarderline bronchitis... So im taking it easy!
