what did you eat today club

Man daybehavior, you're like an exercise machine. I wish I had that much stamina in the gym. I mean, I can go through a lifting program because I don't find it mind boggingly boring but treadmills and crosstrainers and elipticals and rowing machines... I just.. it feels like just... being bored and exhausted :p I really need to start upping my cardio workouts after my lifting.

Oh, and today, P&J sandwiches, the made-of-win vegan sandwich that really packs a shitload of calories but hey, its tasty! and I grow tired of oatmeal every damn morning.

Also I'll be having green beans, potatoes and tofu later.

today i had 1 slice of toast with baked beans, then a ham salad sandwich and gona have veggy lasagna for tea.
 
Today:
Breakfast- Dannon light yogurt & a banana
Snack- Baby bell swiss cheese triangle (SO GOOD) and only 50 cals!
Lunch- Tuna on wheat roll 1 baked potato with a little bit of butter and pepper
Snack- handful of mixed (unsalted) nuts and some light wheat thins
Dinner- large garden salad and a lean cuisine orange chicken dinner
 
Thanks fellas. If you notice, I eat the worse out of all you here so its a wash haha.

Today was horrific. What was supposed to be a high calorie zigzag day became a reckless binge.

-About 4 oz of pot roast.
-A slice of meat loaf
-2 pieces of fried chicken
-mashed potatoes
-some baked spaghetti
-2 yeast rolls
-about a handful of nachos with a bit of meat and sour cream
*head explodes*

I'm not too worried though. I'm about to go into homeostasis for the next few weeks anyway and really hit it hard when I get back from vacation. As long as I don't gain five pounds this week, I'll live.

Exercise: 30 min running / 15 incline walking / 15 cross trainer. I don't know what's wrong with me I think I'm becoming too complacent.

For comparison this is what I ate yesterday.

--A small bowl of beef pho with meatballs
--2 hard boiled eggs
--Small Caesar salad
 
i had weight watchers beans on toast with one slice of bread for breakfast
-a bannana after the gym
-now cooking veggy lasagna

will probably have some more fruit later and plenty of cups of tea.

Didn't eat much today as I'm saving my calories for tomorrow.

4oz steak with homemade potato salad. Threw in some chopped eggs and potatoes, Miracle Whip, sour cream, finely chopped onions, and a few dashes of paprika. I'm surprised how tasty it turned out :)

Ate a twinkie later, bleh.
 
Went to an Asian supermarket in Charlotte today with my sister and her husband. I tend to avoid them unless I want a quick bahn mi or need to make pho or spring rolls. Let's face it, it usually smells like rotting seafood up in there. The one back home in Arlington isn't so bad though. My friend is hesitant to go with me claiming he feels awkward because he's usually the only white boy in there. He tells me whenever he sees another white person they usually give each other a reassuring "you're not alone" smile in the sea of "yellow" LOL. So weird.

Oh God, anyway. I was gonna make fried chicken but my sister popped over and she wanted to make ribs instead. She ended up making them Korean style, which I don't particularly like v_v I hate that Bulbogi sauce or wtf its called. Had some pho and a bit of salmon too. Didn't really want to eat the ribs but was too lazy to cook especially when they were already cooking something.
 
Today I had:

* Breakfast - sandwich (2 slices light bread, Boca veggie chicked patty, egg beaters, fat free cheese and mayo)
* Snack - Fat Free cottage cheese with peaches
* Lunch - Grilled Tuna with 1/2 baked potato and a salad (lettuce, tomato, carrots, red kidney beans, mushrooms, banana peppers, pickle, fat free french dressing)
* Snack - Fat free yogurt with Special K low fat granola cereal
* Supper - Salmon Burger on 2 slices of light bread, ff mayo, ff cheese, banana peppers, 1/2 baked potato with taco sauce.

This was only 1520 calories, 137g protein, 18 g fat, 2.5g saturated fat, 213g carbs (58% complex 42% simple)

Total calories % protein 35%, fat 10%, carbs 55%


1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram of carbs = 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 9 calories **

** By eliminating fat as much as possible, I can eat a lot more protein and carbs without adding total calories.

Three slices of Pizza, two tacos, pho, sweet biscuits, two sodas, two bottles of Heine
 
I am very sick right now so this definitely isn't a typical day.
Breakfast was a 3 pancakes and syrup. I was worried it would upset my tummy but I was so hungry I ate it anyways. Luckily I seemed to be ok with it
Supper was maybe a 1/4 of cheese macaroni.

That's all I could get myself to eat today.
 
Still sick (and the only one posting...haha) so I still couldn't eat much (and I am lacking groceries and have no energy to go get some right now)

Breakfast: Couldn't even think about that this morning
Lunch: 3 mini pitas with turkey (no condiments or cheese)
Supper: Soup, Bagel w/ Cream Cheese

This was under 800 calories, but it was all I could force myself to eat. Normally I would want to eat 1500.

Yesterday I walked 2 miles with L Sansone walk at home DVD and last night before going to bed I did 600 crunches on the ab roller.

Today I plan to work out with D. Austin (Legs & Buns)...I love this exercise and can see the difference.

So far today I ate 1/2 cup of Yogurt (not too hungry today). But plan to fix that steak today, lol
 
it's 10:44am and so far I've had

7:00am Warm Tea: Organic Herbal Peppermint 8oz
7:45am Breakfast: 1 small waffle, 3 egg whites with diced tomatoes and green onions 175 Cal
Water: 40 ounces with 3 grams soluble fiber powder
10:30am Snack: Chocolate Vitabrownie (100 calories, 2g fat, 10g fiber total - 7 insoluble, 4g protein, Kosher)

I will be doing HIIT later on today

Mysticrealm, when I get sick I fix potato soup (no oil or butter). Very good! I just dice up the amount of potatoes (usually two) cover with water and add salt and black pepper to taste. Let the the potatoes get done and then use a potato masher and mash the potatoes just a little and yet the soup thicken a little. This will keep your energy up. Sorry you have been sick, I hope you get to feeling better.

TikTak, I never heard of Lye fish. I do broil tilapia sometimes. I mostly just take fish oil. I love Long John Silver's fish though.
