Not a good day, not a totally completely bad one
Breakfast - egg white omelette with mushrooms & swiss cheese with grits, no salt or butter
Lunch - fried snapper with fries (minimal hot sauce and ketchup) and 3 conch fritters (dipped in sauce), ( I know, I was very, very bad today.)
Dinner - Kashi Go Lean Blueberry Cluster cornflakes with vanilla soy milk (trying to make up for the lunch)
