Yikes I'm losing a lot more this week than usual. Not that I have any sort of problem with that...!

I'm at 131.2 today. That puts me at -2.8 this week..and I still have a day left!

6th- 164 (no scale for a few days)

Well I was moving all weekend so my access to a computer to weigh in was limited, as was my access to health foods. I think all that lifting counter-acted the junk though 'cause here are my totals:

Fri: 200
Sat:199.5
Sun:199.5
Mon:198.5

Tomorrow is move the ticker day!!! I am sooo excited to see it move for the first time!
 
I'm trying! Just bought Richard Simmons' Sweatin' to the Oldies...Love that guy! LOL!
