My mother has caffeine right before bed in tea/coffee and in the night if she wakes up, she sleeps ok.
I haven't done any exercise for ages but I have recently bought a step, literally just a plastic step a few inches high that I can step on and off, it's gentle exercise but better than nothing, I think I'll start using it today.

Best wishes on using the step. I feel really good about my exercise. I'm walking 2 to 3 times a day. I work out with exercise bands 3 times a week and I do yard work and stuff. it's just my diet. It is currently out of control with stress eating.

Still losing from going off the binges. I tend to lose 5 or so pounds just by reducing the carbs and clearing out my gut. So I expect this will slow at some point, probably soon.

I try to eat low carbs Rob i think it's great for weight loss.

Starting a 30 day challenge today.
Hope it goes well. I'm aiming for losing a certain amount during March.

No change which is good. It takes me about a week to ramp back up. I did mow yesterday so I had lots of exercise and sweated a little bit, first time this year mowing. Today it is literally hail and high water. Looks like it is going to be raining for a while.
 
Sat Mar 4th : 218.4 (+0.2)

I've noticed (that for me) it takes 2 or 3 days of good dieting to recover from 1 day of not dieting, weight wise.
