Had too many carbs yesterday, the 1 lb gain might reflect that... but its not too different from the day before.

March was a bit of a roller coaster, but I am down 5 lbs from beginning to end, not a bad thing! If I can lose 5 lbs a month for the next couple of months I will be where I (think) I want to be. But I am not good at longer term goals or forecasts, so I will just keep on trying day by day.

Bouncing around a bit, but still down.

My weight seems to be bouncing less than it did last year, I think (hope) that is good news. It seems to go with feeling a bit better. Maybe my metabolism is settling down after the big losses.
