Ugh!! I'm joining this club!! I have been gaining st much weight lately and finally decided to take the plunge and see my damage on the scale this morning. I was horrified! 187?! I have a lot of work to do and the family time over the weekend will not help. But, this is a place to start at least.
 
Sunday 9/04/2016 - 257.75 LBS.
Monday 9/05/2016 - 258.75 LBS. + 1.00 LB.
Tues 9/06/2016 - 256.25 LBS. - 2.00 LB.
WE 9/07/2016 - 255.00 LBS - 1.25 LB
