Just keep at it Katie. Consistency is key. I've noticed it's good to keep a journal and record your progress or lack there of and tweak what you feel isn't working.
 
Hi Guys!

I also weigh myself daily. People tell me not to do this because they feel it causes an obsession with the scale however I do not feel that way. Our bodies go through huge fluctuation and I got a chance to see through daily monitoring that my body is INCREDIBLY sensitive t salt and starches. I love doing it and so far it' helped me so how my body loses water and finally flucuates when losing fat.

Yesterdays weight was 260.9

Todays weight - 258.9
