Today I weigh 198.00 I am down 1 pound. I have been really watching what I eat. I think it may just be a water fluctuation, but I am hoping it's not. I had a tofu salad, eggs for breakfast, and a small salad for dinner. I haven't really been snacking but during my breaks from work I try to walk around more. I work from home so sometimes I get tooooo comfortable sitting in front of my desk. I am excited for my trip for April. My goal weight is 130.00 so I have quite a bit of weight too lose. I don't think I will lose it by april, but by the end of 2015. I am also taking a trip to south Africa in 2016 so I am looking forward to that as well.

135.0 lbs. today I did good. Had lemon and hot water. I had an egg for breakfast. A slice of raisen bread and a bite of fried rice.
 
134.4 lbs. today I had a egg, cheese, and sausage wrap. Dinner was salad and fish. And I had roast beef and bread. I am a still hungry.
