Weight yourself once a week

Change does not happen everyday. You should not weight yourself everyday because it will backfire mentally. Give your body time it needs to make the changes. One good tip is do not pay so much attention to the scale because it could be deceiving. You should also check body fat % and that shows better signs of progress. If you don't have a body fat analyzer, you can always tell when your clothes starts to get loose. I would recommend registering to because it has some useful tools for weight loss and it can even generate your meal plan.

Don't run your mouth when you don't know what you're talking about. People are different. You might not be able to deal with daily weighing, but not everybody has that limitation. I have been weighing daily for over 22 months and I have not had a single day in that time when I was above the day before's weight ... I either went down or stayed the same EVERY SINGLE DAY since I started last December. You don't know everything, you don't know everybody, and you don't know me. Try observing a person and getting to know them and learning what works for them and what doesn't before you barge in and tell them that they are doing everything wrong!
