today i am at 11 stone 1 pound

down a pound from yesterday and that is with my dinner in me and everything!happy with result!
 
i seem to keep going with this thread and have lost alot of weight since it started. loseing 19lbs so far i think i`m doing great and i`m back on it after the busy christmas period. starting weight 16.10lbs.

44inch round waste at 1st stone lost.
41inch round waste at 2 stone lost.

Plateau-
1.)During weight loss, a period of time in which weight stabilizes. Often temporary, weight plateaus are usually the result of one or more factors, including increased exercise, increased intake of complex carbohydrates, water retention, menstruation, or constipation.
2.) A plateau refers to an extended period of time during our weight loss efforts where there is no weight loss according to the scale AND no loss of inches according to the tape measure.

Well today im at 197.8 but I did notice I'm having to play catch up with my body so we will be toning a little more this week. I hope I can at least lose 1-2lbs this week. 3 would be great but so would be 2..Hope eveyone has a great day :)
