Dexa Total Body Composition Testing

Weight alone is not a true indicator of good health, neither is your BMI, as it doesn't distinguis between pounds of fat and ppunds of lean muscle. It is important to have a dexa total body composition test in order to know that you are losing fat, and not merely water or muscle. In Toronto, you can have a dexa total body test at the Bone Wellness Centre.

i seem to keep going with this thread and have lost alot of weight since it started. loseing 19lbs so far i think i`m doing great and i`m back on it after the busy christmas period. starting weight 16.10lbs.

today weight-in was 105 lbs. I was 103! I tried really low-cals (800 cals)to lose the last 3 pounds but it seriously don't work haha. Fail ! I re-up my calories intake to 1200-1300.:)

Today I feel great!!! 196.6 im getting their now past my 15lb goal now on to 20lbs. I would like to be their before my daughters 3rd bday on the 27th though..well the partys on the 26th...and want to show everyone how happy I am that I lost the weight my way. And not the wii way like some of them are doing. :)

Well today weigh in okay i guess just loss 2oz but 2 is better than nothing i guess. i wanted to be 195. something today. but maybe tomorrow.
