Feb.24 -207.8 - going in the wrong direction - Ive had no time or energy to exercise these last few days and have eaten late dinners out - time to correct this

yesterday i was the same as before - 263.5. i know why such the jump today...probably all the chips & salsa, so i'm not too worried.
i did 1/2 of my weight routine yesterday. just no energy at all as my cycle time is approaching, but i'm used to it.

I have been weighing myself everyday, sometimes multiple times a day and my weight seems to fluctuate A LOT. I dont know if this is based on whether I still have food in my body, how much water I have in my body, or what. But yalls weight seems to be pretty consistent, mine can go up and down 2-3lbs within a day and from day to day. Does anyone else have this?
 
Ok, I wannna join this club since it seems I weigh everyday anyway! I have been keeping my numbers in a spreadsheet at home anyway! :)

***& Somethingnew912, one reason my weight LOOKS consistent is that I weight first thing out of bed every morning. I lose the cloths so its just me don't have to think about wether my PJs are light weight or heavy & adding a few pounds. I do weight through out the day sometimes & it does vary some. I think consistency is the key here. Good luck.

157.4 again today, three days in a row but I'm still not wanting to adjust my ticker :) but if all I gain during TOM is .8 of a pound I'll be super happy. :)

I'm so excited; I find it hard to believe that people get to cheating after losing all this weight. Luckily I'm nowhere near that point. I can't wait to hit 149!

Feb.27 -208.4 :(:(:( and up it went - Im hopin it is sodium over load - Ive been so busy with work I havent even been able to drink my 92 + oz of water a day or have the energy or time to exercise as much as usual :(
