hey, can i get in here? 10 yrs. back when i lost weight i weighed everyday which really kept me motivated and kept me reaching. through the years with all the talk of how it could be bad, etc. - i stopped. now - i've decided to do what works for me and i'm one of those people that needs to weigh everyday to keep in the right direction. i understand water retention and all of that jazz, so it doesn't phase me to see numbers go up a few, etc.
and plus - i've already made my averaging chart for the whole year, so i'm ready to go! i'm excited to join y'all!!!
