Friday weigh-in
Hi guys,
I haven't weighed myself since Monday morning on purpose. I wasn't making any progress. Weighing myself every day used to motivate me when I could see it falling off quickly. But now I have less than 10 pounds to go, and the weight is coming off much slower so I needed to change. I've decided to only weigh in on Fridays to see how it works. this week has been great, knowing friday was my weigh-in date, and working to get the number as low as possible, and not knowing what it will be. This way I am more likely to see a loss. And as long as the numbers keep going down, even if its only half a pound, I'll be happy. so, sadly, I will no longer be posting daily weights here. but I will keep reading to see how everyone is doing. Allyphoe, you really inspire me- you're below your goal and you keep going. I'm very impressed. How tall are you?
