Im gonna rejoin, I miss this thread...My weight flucuates alot due to the fact I work nights...I still however weight in every morning, ive just gotten use to my weird flucuations...Im also weighting myself with my clothes on, not naked anymore, lol.

Hop on Scale once a week

I don't agree because if you are eating right, some days you just weigh more because of water retention - too much fiber, salty diet or whatever - You may become frustrated and eat more that day because you think dieting is not working. Dieting is a long process and it also takes a lot of patience.

Here Here Cinderelly...we know weight goes up and down...but this is what we use as motivation..and if we wanna wake up and step on the scale everyday....so what...it works for us just like you said!!!:beerchug:

Anyone try the Biggest Loser work out Dvd's?? I'm getting the Biggest workout Sculpt DVD...should be interesting..cant wait to try it....it's said when i can put the junk food away and all that other stuff...but beer is my weakness LMAO!!
