Hey Everyone,

looks like you are all doing fantastic! Keep up the good work.

I've not been around for a while. I've still been weighing in every day but, I'm not so concerned with the number now. You see, I'm still at the 144.5 but, I'm losing inches, lot's of inches.....fast! I started running three miles, five days per week and I've noticed big changes. I find it easier to understand why people tell me not to be too concerned with the number on the scale.......although I still enjoy weighing myself every morning. I will try to be more consistent in the group.

Anyway, todays weight is:

Tue 5th June: 144.5
 
Phoebe - Thanks - my biggest downfall was garlic bread. I have no concept of portion control with some food items. I kept eating until it was all gone!

Dawn - having seen the food that Kimberly reported having eaten - I cannot say that I am surprised. It sounded truly yummy.

Joey - It is brilliant that you are seeing a great result in inches. In all honesty - as long as you are not too big (and you certainly arent) inches are the main thing that we all want. I always seem to find it easier to get the result on the scale than inches reduced where I want them to reduce.

5/27- 136- wow. No weight gain from the long holiday weekend of drinking and barbequeing and partying. Thats amazing.

6/1- 136.5- not surprised. I ate over 3000 calories yesterday.

6/5- 136. Again. Why can't I get below that stupid number.
6/9- 139.5- I don't even care right now. My weekend was so absolutely amazing. I wouldn't do anything different. and I know I can get my weight back down. My goal is 134 by the 20th.
