April 13 - 236.6 - not as bad I had thought it would be...mostly sodium Im guessing...Today is my bday and I celebrated Friday evening and yesturday...ate every meal out on Fri and breaky yesturday....Plus I drank my face off Fri night - I turned 30.LOL

Sometimes our bodies just drop when they are ready...you were fairly consistant for a few days there with being busy and stuff and then you had two big drops I wouldnt worry too much but watch it and if it keeps happening and you are truly worried visit the doc is my suggestion.

I don't see how you guys do this. I tried weighing in each day for a few days:
Day 1: 172.5
Day 2: 175.0
Day 3: 173.5

Maybe my scale sucks?
Scary...who knows what's going on in my body. Surely it's a fluctuation due to body water or intestinal content. I'll go back to weighing at the same time each week. I get a lot more consistency that way.
